Spectacular Room very well located

El apartamento no era este por un problema informático pero la verdad que fue una minucia. El apartamento es compartido, estaba Araceli la dueña, la casa es grande, super equipado y bien comunicado con el centro de Madrid con metro y bus en una zona residencial y muy tranquila. La atención de Araceli fue excepcional y muy amable se nota que lleva tiempo dedicándose a eso informándonos de la ciudad perfectamente. Aprovecho para darle las gracias por todo ya que no nos pudimos despedir de ella. RECOMENDABLE

Recent appartment located directly next to the train station Atocha. Cold in winter.

I liked our room in this big, new and light flat. The situation is really central and the kitchen is also fully equipped. Araceli is really helpful and she even picked us up at the bus station because of a public transport strike... I highly recommend it!!!!

We stayed almost four days at this apartment and we had a really good time. And there was no problem that we could leave our luggage in the apartment till 6 in the evening when we left.

Araceli hat uns freundich empfangen auch zu späterer Stunde 22.00 Uhr. Das Bad ist sehr modern und musste mit je nachdem 5 Personen (max. 8) geteilt werden. Küche gut ausgestattet und Wohnzimmer läd zum Füsse hochlegen nach einem langen Stadtrundgang ein. Lage super,direkt neben Atocha (Hauptbahnhof). Einzige Mankos, Zimmer konnte man nicht abschließen und Bad musste man teilen, je nach Belegung. Aber sonst jederzeit gerne wieder.

Los pocos dias que estuve me senti muy agusto. Araceli es una mujer muy amable y encantadora. Muchas gracias por todo.

The flat is near Atocha station and within walking distance to the city centre. It was clean and Araceli is absolutely lovely! Muchas gracias!

Estuve con una amiga en el piso de María durante 7 días y volveremos a hacerlo porque está muy bien ubicado, no hay ruido y María nos acogió estupendamente. Es muy simpática. Toda estaba a nuestro alcance el metro, el tren y se puede ir andando a casi cualquier sitio tal como la plaza mayor, puerta del sol etc... Y para comer hay un montón de restaurantes cerquita en fin realmente un piso cómodo y céntrico. ¡Hasta pronto María! Yamina

Gute Lage (direkt an der Metro), sichere Gegend mit netten Bars, Zimmer sehr unkomfortabel (Bett selbstgezimmert und bruechig, kaum Platz zum Treten, kaputte Stuehle...) Problematisches Eingangsschloss (man teilt das Appartemente mit 3 anderen Mietparteien, von denen man durchaus auch eingeschlossen werden kann). Kein einziger Raum verriegelbar (nicht mal das Bad). Keine Klimaanlage und Innenhoflage (entsprechend laut von anderen Wohnungen + Hall) Kueche und Bad ansonsten ok und gut nutzbar
