Detailed description:
We are renting our large studio of 30m2 in Carras, a square famous in Nice for its proximity with the beach, quite neighborhood and many shops.
The apartment is located at the 20 avenue Fremond, a small building in a calm street.
This studio is calm and sunny and can receive up to four adults thanks to a mezzanine. Please note that kids, old people or people with difficulty to climb the stairs will prefer to sleep on the sofabed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and renovated. You will have a free access to fast Internet (wifi) and some english speaking TV channels (BBC, CNN...).
Be sure that we do our best to make our guests feel at home.

Location:
The city of Nice is the second biggest after Marseille in the Region that covers Provence, Alpes and Côte d’Azur. Nice is the most visited destination in France after Paris.
Location is particularly appreciated for visitors: at 2 minutes by foot from the beach, with many shops, bus station and a train station nearby, the best way to get to Cannes or Monaco. The apartment was rent for September-October 2011 by one student.
Leisure:
In Nice, you can enjoy a Mediterranean climate with mild temperatures most of the year. You have lots of cultural spots and museums like the Opera de Nice (constructed in the 19th century), the Marc Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum, among many others. You also have the lovely botanical garden and several monuments and visit cathedrals like Sainte-Réparate, Saint-Jacques, Notre-Dame de Nice and the Russian Orthodox Cathedral. You can also enjoy lovely walks in the Promenade des Anglais, along the Baie des Anges (Bay of the Angels) and you also have a large selection of stores, restaurants and cafés where one can sit outside and enjoy an appetizer.
