Apartment in San Lorenzo, Rome

Amazing little apartment with everything you need! In case you do have something missing al you need to do is ask! Our host welcomed us on arrival and was very helpful in answering questions and everything we might need. Apartment is situated in a cosy little neighbourhood, with shops, restaurants, cafes and even a fun bar area if you decide to not go into the city for a drink. Very accessible by tram and night busses and in walking distance from the central train station. Would definitely recommend it and would certainly stay again if even in Rome :)

Logement idéal pour un séjour à deux d'une semaine. Attention il y a 5 ou 6 logements quasi-identiques et les photos ne correspondent pas forcément à celui que vous aurez. Chauffage OK, douche un peu petite (trop gros ou trop grand s'abstenir). Hôte (roumain) très gentil et serviable, habitant sur place. Quartier calme (sauf le samedi soir car proche Université). Carrefour Market proche (via Sabelli). Transports vers le centre de Rome OK (tram 3 et 19, bus 491 et 71). Michel et Mireille

Très bonne réception lors de l'arrivée à l'appartement. L'appartement était comme nous l'avions vu en photo sur internet. Rien à dire, c'étais parfais !

Très bon accueil, toujours disponible et prêt à rendre service. L'appartement est comme sur les photos. Parfait, très propre, du linge est mis à disposition. La clim est très appréciable en été. C'est très silencieux. Les bus sont à 2min. A moins de 5min il y a une pizzeria "il podista", un lieu simple, chaleureux, avec des pizzas pour 5ou 6€ Ainsi qu'un carrefour market. On conseille vraiment cet appartement!

La sistemazione e' molto buona, nel cuore del quartiere sanlorenzo ma lontano da tutti i rumori. Appartamento molto pulito, in un contesto davvero molto piacevole. La possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina, anche se a pagamento, dentro al residence e' una grande comodità. L'unica cosa e' che l'appartamento non era quello visto e prenotato sul sito, e non ci e' stato comunicato il cambio.

Ich hatte Wimdu so verstanden, dass hier von Privat zu Privat vermietet wird. Bruno ist aber ein professioneller Anbieter. Er und seine Leute sind zwar bemüht, aber der Erfolg war begrenzt. Die Wohnung ist etwas für Gesunde. Meine Partnerin und ich hatten Probleme mit der Nordseite: Bronchitis und allergische Reaktionen. Die Sonne kommt nur bis an die Wand der Terasse. Trotzdem hat die Terasse den Aufenthalt noch erträglich gemacht.Wir haben nach der Ankunft erstmal den Hof, den Tisch dort und die Bilderrahmen geputzt. Ganz gut war das Bett.

Nice appartment with big terrace. The place has all you need - an airco, fridge, oven, water cooker and even a hairdryer. Do not expect 5 star, but everything works and it's tidy and also the bed is good. Bring adapter for italian wall plug :-) This appartment is great when you rent a bicycle because you can keep it safely overnight on the locked terrace. Also Bruno & Andrea are very nice and helpful guys and explained about the trams etc on arrival. San Lorenzo has nice restaurants where the local Romans eat - much cheaper and more fun!

tres satisfaite de mon sejour dans cet apartement.magnifique ,de tres bon gout et tres pratique car situé pres des commerce .super marché ,tabac, bar et qutres boutiques.pres de l arrete ddu tram qui vous emmene directement au centre de rome.le receptioniste andrea est charmant et tres proffessionel.je dois revenir en septembre et je reserverais ici sans aucun doute.je vous conseille donc sette location.les photos sont identiques é la realité .MMe MARION

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr sauber. Check in und out - perfekt. Sehr freundlich. Gebuchter Transfer von und zum Flughafen absolut pünktlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Prima appartement in een rustiger buurt dan Rome gewoonlijk biedt. Dicht bij de Universiteit en leuke goedkope tentjes in de buurt. Appartement heeft air-condition en dat is heel prettig.
