Wenceslas Square Apartment - Spanelska A

Mirek war ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hatte uns am Bahnhof abgeholt und viele wertvolle Informationen gegeben. Die Wohnung ist groß und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Würde ich wieder buchen, wenn ich in Prag bin.

What you see is what you get. The apartment is old - and so is the interieur. The tiles are still loose in the hallway, and are actually a little risky to step on. The apartment has some nice big rooms and is funtional. Their is a small balcony, but not really anything you would sit one. The elevator was brand new, so no problem there. When you´re taking a bath, you most hold the showerhead in the hand all the time, because it cannot be fixed at the wall. Mirek was a nive guy and took him self good time to show us around in Prague and tell us about good places and found a place where we could park for free. The biggest problem with this apartment is that the noise from the railway station is extreme from 0600 in the morning.

elevatoren virkede ikke, hvilket var derfor vi valgte denne lejligheden,det gjorde at vi ikke var der før vi gik i seng. løse fliser udgjorde desuden et kæmpe problem for min mor på 82 år.balkonen var afbildet så man troede man kunne sidde der, hvilket ikke var muligt. der var beskidt.Mirek var en rar mand men En skidt oplevelse!!!!!

What a great apartment! It's exactly like the pictures, easy access to everything you'd want to see.. Trains just across the road ..tram right outside.. We want thank the lovely people (N,J n D) who made our stay extra special (helped us with our "how do we get to this or that" who very so very helpful!) We'd stay again! We loved the apartment and Prague!

Awesome and huge apartment, perfect location. Very nice interior, everything was clean, Mirek was very friendly and gave lots of useful advice. 100% recommendation!

Feundlichkeit Vermieter 5/5 (sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und pünktlich) Lage 4/5 (sehr Zentral, aber kein schönes Gebäude) Ausstattung 4/5 (fast alles da was man so braucht) Möbel 3/5 (Zweckmäßig ohne Komfort, aber auch abgewohnt und sehr harte Betten) Platzangebot für 6 Personen 4/5 (völlig ausreichend)

프라하 중앙역에서 캐리어 2개씩 들고 이동하는 기준으로 널널하게 십오분정도 걸립니다. (바츨라프 광장 앞에 위치) 도보로 십분 이내에 구시가 광장까지 이동 가능하므로 위치는 거의 최고인 듯 합니다. 주인인 mirek도 친절하고 좋아요. 다만 아파트 맞은편에 캬바레가 위치하고 있어서 그런지 거리 입구에 흑형들이 많아서 너무 늦은 시간에 돌아다니기에는 조금 그래요. 개미가 가끔 눈에 띄지만 무시할 수 있는 수준이고 인터넷은 신호가 조금 약해서 베란다로 나가야 해요. 또한 세탁기가 안 되서 나중에 손빨래 했는데 위에 언급한 단점들은 채광과 위치라는 장점으로 모두 커버 가능합니다. 특히 바츨라프 광장 정면에 위치한 숙소 차고는 가성비 최강인듯 해요

We were a group of 8 guys. all around 34 years old. the flat is not the fanciest and modernst one (no WIFI) but as we only needed a place to sleep and shower this flat was perfect for it! Mirek showed us where to go (Restaurant U Palečka TASTY and CHEAP) Also loud music was no problem!! We stayed 3 Nights an at all i would book it again if i'm on the road again with the boys :-) thank you mirek
