Beautiful Studio Apartment near Central Station

molto buono per la posizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale e 10 minuti da piazza dam. appartamento piccolo ma molto luminoso perchè ha una grande vetrata ma il letto é in "vetrina" verso la strada e dall'appartamento del piano terra è visibile parte dell'appartamento; non silenzioso e poca privacy in quanto i muri sono molto sottili quindi si sente tutto (tv e voci) dagli appartamenti confinanti; a parte una veneziana ai piedi del letto, le tende erano pressochè inesistenti, quindi alla mattina alle 6 il sole illuminava la stanza! la doccia non funzionante o per lo meno noi non siamo riuscite a farla andare... mah...bagno piccolino ma ben tenuto; la porta d'ingresso all'appartamento molto fatiscente... con un calcio si può abbattere... diciamo che sarebbe un pò da sistemare per accogliere al meglio i turisti perchè comunque è in un ottima posizione! ma in queste condizioni il rapporto qualità prezzo è troppo alto!!!!!!! lo consiglierei a chi non ha particolari esigenze...ad esempio coppia di amici... ma non a coppia di fidanzati!!!

Ich war leider nicht zufrieden, da wir ein anderes Apartement bekommen haben wie vereinbart, da der Vermieter einen Buchungsfehler gemacht hatte. Das Ersatz- apartement konnte ich mir nicht ansehen im Internet, sonst hätte ich es nicht genommen. Von der Ausstattung entsprach es nach deutscher Richtlinie nicht dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Außerdem war es so unsauber, dass wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Sofortige Beanstandungen, z. B. das der Tisch so wackelte, daß man nicht daran essen konnte, wurde nicht behoben. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von der Unterkunft.

Clean room and facilities in a good location. City center and main station are only short walks away, but: - Windows have cracks and leak air. - Only a thin glass with thin curtains separates the room from the downstairs apartment -> noise and little privacy

We had a nice time in Willy's apartment. The location is great and really close to the central station.The apartment has an interesting layout, it's very cozy for 2 persons. Although there is no kitchen, you can find everything else which can make your stay pleasant. There is a kettle, coffee, sugar, fridge, a washing machine with its powder, 2 towels, glasses, cups etc.It is nice and warm in the evenings which feels welcoming after a long day exploring around the city... The only thing we didn't like was the bad insulation, you can hear the neighbours very well sometimes.

Sehr gute Lage für Stadterkundungen zu Fuß! Einfache aber gemütliche Einrichtung ( ohne Küche, aber trotzdem ein wenig Geschirr und ein Wasserkocher) Wie in Amsteram üblich steile und enge Zugangstreppe. Nette Betreuung durch jungen Mann, der im Haus wohnt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für den Preis!

Clean little studio in lovely quiet location near canal and near the centre. Iron, shower, kettle and tea and coffee provided. Stairs into studio are steep, so not for those have difficulty climbing.

Great value! Stayed here with a friend for 4 days in July. As other reviewers posted, the location is absolutely perfect. Willy was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a lot of helpful information when we met for the key exchange. I would definitely stay here again.

Das Apartment entspricht niederländischem Standard und der Preis ist durchaus angemessen; gute Lage, ruhig,sehr netter Vermieter ... gerne wieder ....

GOOD- This studio is very close from Amsterdam central station. Amsterdam is the place to enjoy the best studio. This studio is clean and wide. The bed is so fluffy. Washing machine and iron are suitable for the trip. Free Wi-Fi have helped greatly in my journey. BAD- Rooms are a little dangerous to climb stairs. The stairs are narrow and the slope is greater. Not soundproofed. Within Studio, upstairs and downstairs can see happening in most of the work. The window does not open well. Difficult to ventilate adequately. However, price is the perfect place.
