Die Buchung ist prompt bestätigt worden, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin wurde sofort hergestellt, so dass wir uns bestens verständigen konnten. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entsprach dem Zustand. Die Bilder waren gut ausgewählt. Gut fand ich das System mit der Bestätigung durch die Vermieter binnen 24 Stunden.

I can not speak from my experience that very apartment because the owner of the apartment booked the same room for another person and so I had to go to another apartment more expensive ... This for me was an anti ethically and not professional. As for the apartments I have to complain about, but does not indicate that no apartment propietaria the experience I had with her.

This apartment is new, bright, clean and very near the Westbonhoff and all public transportaion . It is also near shopping, grocery and restaurants. Because it is not facing the street it is very quite and private. We needed to find a place on very short notice. This would normally make most owners nervous or fearful but Christine went ut of her way to help us get moved in and was also nice enough to come very early in the morning to help us make it to the airport. She actually walked us to the airport bus and made sure we were able to get on board. We would definately stay there again without hesitation.

Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit guter Anbindung, aber doch ruhig. Im 40m2 Studio haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, da es modern eingereichtet ist. Alles sauber vorgefunden. Wenn wir wieder nach Wien gehen, werden wir versuchen, diese Wohnung zu bekommen. Claudia

Die Wohnung ist perfekt und entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Vor allem möchte ich eine sehr günstige Verkehrslage hervorheben. Ob man mit der Bahn oder mit dem Flugzeug anreist, so ist man gut beraten, diese Wohnung zu mieten. In unmittelbarer Nähe, 2-3 min Fußweg, befindet sich Westbahnhof. Vom Flughafen gelangt man dorthin am besten mit dem Bus, ohne lästiges Umsteigen mit Gepäck. Ein Tip: gleich Hin- und Rückfahrtkarte besorgen, dann kostet es zusammmen nur 13 €. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ruhig, alle Einrichtungs- und Gebrauchsgegenstände sind neuwertig und gepflegt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe: es gibt Diskounter, allerdings habe ich Merkur-Markt im Bahnhofsgebäude bevorzugt. Es ist sehr bequem: man steigt aus der U-Bahn aus, geht kurz mal einkaufen und dann direkt "nach Hause". Ohne Umwege. Die Verkehrslage überhaupt ist sehr günstig: bis zum Stephansdom sind das 5 Stationen, bis zu Oper ebenso. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat auf die Minute genau geklappt.

The owner of the studio was very kind and offered her help when we arrived in Wien. The studio was confortable with new pieces of furniture. The experience was really positive.
