The apartment is located in the historic place of Prague 3, on the first floor of the house, a 15-minute walk from the old city center and a 10 minute walk from the metro station Florenc. This area is very popular among expatriates, and that means on this street as well as on the neighboring streets there are restaurants with cuisines from all over the world, but the street itself is very quiet and is perfect for private relaxation. On the street there are two mini-markets. There is a possibility of parking (but not for free). Good public transport connection and walking accessibility to the city center. The apartment is located in one of the reconstructed house of the last century.

Tato část města je populární mezi cizinci žijíc ími v Praze, tudíž můžete najít na této ulici, stejně tak na sousedících ulicích, spoustu restaurací se světovou kuchyní. Ulice, na tkeré se byt nachází je velice tichá , a tak je velmi vhodná pro chvíle soukromé relaxace. Na ulici se nachází dva mini-markety a pokud jste autem, je zde i parkoviště. Je zde velice dobré spojení s centrem města pomocí městské hromadné dopravy. Byty jsou v jednom zrekonstruovaných domů z minulého století.
