Cozy Room w/bath in Nature Reserve Resort

Ágnes and family are great hosts so helpful with information and help as needed. I really enjoyed my stay and plan on returning my next stay.

I definitely recommend her place!! Even though I want to keep it as a secret... ;) Agnes and her family are sooooooooooooo lovely. The helper lady, Julia was awesome too!!! They told us where to shop, eat and go. Super helpful. It's not a big place to stay. So do not expect a big place like some of the western houses. I am used to big place as I live in Australia, but I am used to smaller space too because I grew up in Japan. It's somewhere to sleep/rest peacefully. We loved it because it's under ground, so cool and quiet. It maybe the quietest place!? in Singapore. Ha ha ha.:) It has two nice swimming pools, gym and kid's playground. People who live or stay there were all friendly and helpful. It's good for a couple or a couple with one small kid. She was very kind to have my 1 year old son for no extra charge. Please do ask if he still offer that or not though. We might have been accepted specially. Jack loved the place and all her kids. He loved the attention from them. They were so loving to him. They treated us like family. Oh, Jack loved using her son's toy. That was great as you can only carry so much for over sea trip. We loved the free bus we can get on from the accommodation too. Everything was very close and we walked a lot at night time as well. Lots of good places to eat too!! I am so sorry it took a while to write review. We have been thinking about you and missing you all. We went on holiday for two months in Germany and Japan. Since we got back to AUS, we moved 400kms away from where we lived... So our life has been bit busy. We are thinking about going back to Japan again this year. If we are going to Japan, WE WILL STAY with you!! We are looking forward to seeing you again!! We had a pleasant stay with Agnes and family. Hence we have a desire to be with them the next time we are in Singapore. Our flight delayed so we checked in after midnight, but their doors were opened to receive us. They provided us with a reference pack on places of interest. As a start they asked their maid to show us the nearest bus and train stops as well as shops and eating places. They allowed us to use their kitchen, and with the help of their maid we were able to find our way in the kitchen. In addition the maid provided us a jar of drinking water everyday. Our room was at the underground car park access to the house. A location which provided a lot of privacy. However we were in touch with family members. The room has a bathroom adjacent to it, which was clean and solely for our use. Facilities in the room included TV, air condition and internet access. We had a good chat with the couple and on our departure they kindly gave us lift in their car to the nearby train station.

Really enjoyed our stay in Singapore at Agnes' and her husband's place. She was really helpful with giving us advice on where to go for amazing food. Also their maid was extremely helpful in getting us acquainted with transport links and service during our stay. The downstairs room where we stayed is cosy and good to have a TV and the shower/toilet next-door. Internet access too is essential these days. It has great access via the basement's door and sheltered from the rain too, however, the only area for improvement for our stay is the bed being a little squeaky! Thank you again Agnes for being very thoughtful and your personal touch/interest in us which made our holiday very memorable.

Really enjoyed my stay at Agnes's place. As I drive, the parking convenience at her place really saved me a lot of hassle to look for a parking lot. Washing of clothes was not a problem as her maid made sure the laundry are washed whenever requested. Would recommend this to anyone who needs a place to stay. There are also swimming pools and gym facilities available for use.

Wow, What a great experience! We loved staying with Agnes and her wonderful family. We learnt about Singapore and the local customs. They were fantastic and showed us how to get around on the bus and train. The room was comfortable and we had no problems.

We stayed with Agnes again after our trip to Thailand from Singapore. And she was very kind to allow us to keep our toiletries in her place while we were away. Once again, a pleasant stay and on our last nite of stay, we had a really long chat. Real friendly and personable host!!

Our stay with Agnes was really pleasant. Agnes and her family were very helpful during our stay, offering us advice on where and how to get to places of interests. And, her place is in a pretty quiet location but really acessible as there is a shuttle bus service from her place to 2 nearby train stations which are only less than 10minutes away. Then, from the train station, it takes only 15 to 20mins to get to the city area.
