The house is situated on the river Mersey in a Victorian park and enjoys stunning views.
A beautiful bedroom awaits you again with beautiful river views, the photograph showing the river was taken from this room .
This room has an antique French bed complimented by crisp white vintage linens. An antique French armoire, Georgian drawers and a Victorian dressing table complete this room along with a French brocade chair and Aubusson rug. Decorated with accessories to put the finishing touches to this lovely room. This room is private and lockable by the traditional and original Victorian doors.
You have the use of 2 bathrooms at present and I am currently in the process of organising a third to be remodelled. You have the choice of a bath or a shower/wet room. A beautiful French country style ktchen to prepare your food should you wish and then you have use of the dining room, a stunning place to eat which also overlooks the river. .
The drawing room overlooks the gardens and has views also of the river. You may read in the quaint reading room or wish to stroll down the garden to the decking area at the river's edge and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine whilst taking in the views of Liverpool.
The property is one mile and a quarter from the tunnel to the city centre and within walking distance of two train stations. The ferry service is an ideal way of travelling to the city centre and also affords you views from the river of the house and the shorelines of Liverpool and the Wirral.
Breakfast can be arranged at an additional cost but you are more than welcome to help yourself to tea and coffee etc.
