Luxurious Loft, Riverfront Location

Very good facilities, shower is great, all kitchen utensils you can think of. Centrally situated for Buda and only 20mins away from Pest. Really enjoyed our stay there, we had 6 at ful capacity but there was still so much space. very good.

Super appart très bien équipé et décoré dans une résidence ancienne mais charmante, à 10mn à pied de l'hypercentre. Mark et son gérant Steve sont hyper sympas et dispos. Prix très raisonnable. Un vrai bon plan!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, stilvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt während unsere Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war ein genuss!!! Danke! Anita

Sehr geräumige, gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Bis auf ein Fenster gehen leider alle Ausblicke zum renovierungsbedürftigen Innenhof. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Deutsche Fernsehprogramme waren nicht zu empfangen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind nach längerem Suchen entlang der Donau zu finden.

perfect place...just love it...want to by :) location, sound of silence, flat screen tv with satelit-tv, perfect kitchen. clean. can see doanu river from the window. very god landlord (Steve) who was very helpful. close to a big spar supermarket (3-400 meters) and a small 24 hour open ministore ( 50 meters ) 4-5 restuarangs with in 400 meters. we can recomend this apartment to everybody. very god feedback from Mark the owner :) WE WILL BE BACK !!! :)

First thing I have to say is that Mark is a realy good host. The contact with him was always fast and direct. He answered every question I had and cared about if everything is fine. In Budapest I got the keys from a hausmeister. He also was very nice and helped me with installing the free WiFi. He was reliable and there were no problems at all. Now to the important thing: The flat. The flat is high class. Very good equiped, very clean and decorated in an adorable style. Everything looks like it is shown at the pictures on wimdu (even better, I think). There is a huge flat screen tv and nice bose-speakers for chilling and hearing music, a dishesscleaner, washinmaschine and dryer, and great old furnitures. Also there is bar-equipment for mixing drinks and enjoying the evening. The rooms are huge and there is enogh space to sleep and relax. The bathroom has a tropical shower and a heating for cleaning your towels. If the flat would be a hotel, it would have 4-5 stars, I think. The flat is located in the first district of Budapest. The donau is right in front of the door and if you go one minute you will find a shoppingcenter to get everything you need. In 10 minutes you are at a very good bar and club (Ötkers) and there also are a lot of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. If you want to use busses or the metro, you will find a big station one minute away from the flat. At night it is very silent so you can have a good sleep in the kingsize-bed. At all, I can say that I realy recommend this flat and Mark as your host!

Wir haben zu sechst ein langes Wochenende verbracht. Die Wohnung ist in einer ganz entspannten Lage der Stadt und mit dem Taxi oder einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang kann man die "verschiedenen Zentren" gut erreichen. Ein Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants und Kneipen sind gleich um die Ecke. Ein Minishop, der auch nachts die Bedürfnisse stillt ist auch knapp 250 m weiter. Zur Wohnung: Eine aufwendig renovierte Altbauwohnung in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Küche ist voll ausgestattet, WLAN 4free ist vorhanden, TV ebenso wie ein großer Esstisch der locker 8 Leuten Platz bietet. Es gibt zwar Nachbarn, aber die Wohnung ist nicht hellhörig ob trotz unserer eigenen abendlichen nicht gerade leisen Freizeitgestaltung hat uns niemand komisch angeschaut :) Die Schlafgelegenheiten sahen folgendermaßen aus: ein riesiges Doppelbett (superbequem) und zwei mal eine ausziehbare Couch (klar bietet sie etwas weniger Platz als das Doppelbett, aber niemand hat sich nach drei Nächten beschwert. Alle Schlafgelegenheiten sind in verschiedenen Räumen. Der Hausverwalter ist sehr freundlich, aber leider nur selten vor Ort. Spricht mindestens deutsch und englisch und man merkt dass ihm sehr daran gelegen ist, dass der Gast rundum zufrieden ist. Vor Ort ist ein englisch-/ungarisch-sprachiger Angestellter der bei der Ankunft und bei der Schlüsselabgabe einmal "Hallo" sagt. Total freundlich und nicht weniger bemüht als der Hausverwalter. Jeder von uns fand die Wohnung ideal für einen Ausflug nach Budapest und gemeinsam können wir es weiterempfehlen und werden auch wieder hierher kommen wenn Budapest auf dem Programm steht. ------------- We stay there with 6 people for a long weekend. the apartment is in a quiet position in the town and by taxi or longer walking you can reach the "different centers of Budapest". 2 minutes away you will find a big supermarket and a lot of restaurants or pubs. There is a 24h-minimarket which will satisfy all you needs. The flat: A luxuriously renovated old building in which you immediately feel at home. Kitchen is full y equipped, Wi-Fi ist for free, TV and a large dining table. The sleeping arragements: One big bed an 2 couch. All in different rooms. The housemanager ist very friendly, but unfortuanately only rarely on site. He speaks english and german and he is very anxious that the guest is completly satisfied. Each of us will come back in this appartment if we will come back to Budapest. You can really enjoy your trip here.
