Near the Ponte Vecchio

Mari vermietet ein sehr schönes und großzügiges Zimmer in San Frediano, nahe der Piazza S. Maria del Carmine und nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom historischen Zentrum. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Bars und Restaurants, sowie der Arno befinden sich quasi vor der Tür. Wohnung und Zimmer sind in tadellosem Zustand, Mari ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin - es waren sehr schöne Tage in ihrer Wohnung.

Staying at Mari's place was really nice, the room is nice and big - the only downside is that the windows are on the street side, which isn't bad and very common in Florence, but it was kinda loud at night which was really annoying at night. Other than tha, the room is very close to the city center and you can therefore walk everywhere (the train station Santa Maria n. is only about 10minutes away, and also all the other sights are easy and quick to reach :) I can only recommend her place to everyone who wants to spend some days in Florence.

la chambre est confortable et les services en respect de ce qui est attendu. Nous regrettons simplement son emplacement sur une rue bruyante. Nous regrettons aussi de ne pas avoir vu notre hôtesse le jour de notre départ? Nous aurions aimés plus de conseils pour garer la voiture à moindre coût et des bons plans restos. Ce sont les petits plus qui donnent envie de revenir.

Very nice stay at Mari's place!! clean apartment in a great area..walking distance to all main attractions. Great host..i really recomme nd to stay in her place when in Florence!!!

L'appartamento è ampio e pulito, ben arredato, il bagno e i servizi più che sufficienti. Nonostante sia oltrarno, è vicinissimo alla stazione, a santo spirito e a palazzo pitti; piazza della signoria è raggiungibile in soli dieci minuti. La zona è tranquilla e non invasa da turisti, ma abbastanza viva per poter girare anche di notte. I proprietari sono discreti e disponibili.

Ci siamo trovati bene (a parte la ruota bucata che ci siamo trovati il giorno della partenza nel parcheggio suggerito). Per quanto riguarda la vicinanza al centro, non è proprio vicino, però con una bella passeggiata ci si arriva tranquillamente. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla (a parte la sera). La casa è accogliente e la camera molto carina. L'unica vera pecca è quella del parcheggio. Per chi vuole lasciare la macchina e girare Firenze a piedi (come noi) è un vero problema, soprattutto con i bagagli in quanto non vi è possibilità di sosta ne di transito nella zona in cui si trova la via (zona a traffico limitato).
