Situated in a sort-after Victorian fronted building this studio is and close to all amenities and city landmarks. From Circular Quay you can take the ferry to Manly and enjoy the ride with fabulous views of the city.
Martin Place and all the main shopping areas in the city are around the corner as well. If you want to visit Sydney’s beautiful beaches, there are plenty of options to get there by public transport, you can take a train or a bus and easily get to Bondi beach in about 20 minutes.

we were very satisfied with the accommodation that we occupied during our stay. spacious, clean and fontionnel it is located close to public transport which is very convenient. the only slight hitch was that we had booked for six and there were only four beds, missing a pair of sheets for the sofa bed.
nous avons été trés satisfait du logement que nous avons occupé durant notre séjour. spacieux, propre et fontionnel il est situé prés de transport en commun ce qui est trés pratique. le seul petit accroc, c'est que nous avions réservé pour six et il n'y avait que quatre couchages, il manquait une paire de draps pour le canapé lit.
Nice apartment , very clean and comfortable. The view is great . The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, but with many bars and restaurants close from the residence.
The room was adequate for our stay and the views were certainly stunning! We could have done with extra towels as we were there for over a week!!
The apartment is clean and perfect for 2 people, with 4 people still in order. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Die Schlüsselübergabe findet an einem anderen Ort statt, funktionierte jedoch reibungslos und sehr schnell.

Location is great, apartment is definitely overdue a refurb. The apartment is carpeted in all rooms except kitchen and bathroom and there are unsightly marks and dubious stains over much of it, particularly in the sitting room and second bedroom; so bad I took pictures. Plastic furniture on balcony and general air of lack of care everywhere; we found it a depressing place to be, especially compared to the place we stayed in San Fran through that other well known agency (air**b) that does not charge guests nearly as much for the booking. My advice; find your place through them instead and save yourself some money.
We viewed the apartment very highly when we chose it, and we was not disappointed, it was found very clean, and details to comfort was well thought out
Both music disks,TV, Wi Fi, and great views from great balconies. We arrived at
Main office on route to obtain keys, and was friendly greated and speedily assisted

Our stay in this apartment was just perfect!
The apartment is very quiet, close to everything functional. The residence is quiet and clean. The bedding is nice.
We came to two adults and 3 children aged 5 to 9 years, and for us it was ideal accommodation with all necessary amenities.
Great views, nice pool although it is a bit dark.
Contact was easy with people who care.
We will recommend this apartment to our friends for sure.

L'appartement est très calme, près de tout, fonctionnel. La résidence est calme, et propre. La literie est agréable.
Nous sommes venus à deux adultes et 3 enfants de 5 à 9 ans, et pour nous ce logement était idéal avec toutes les commodités nécessaires.
La vue est superbe, la piscine agréable même si elle est un peu sombre.
Le contact a été simple avec les personnes qui s'en occupent.
Nous recommanderons cet appartement à tous nos amis c'est certain.
I realized that I had to go to another place to collect the key after I arrived the accomodation. The owner said that he already gave me the email to inform the imformation.but I have never get the email. I SWEAR!!
AND YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA as cleaning fee.
It has been pleasurable to stay in this apartment which allowed us to have a great holidays. The balcony opens on a quite street which is very pleasant for a meal in fresh air. The air conditioning is quite and effective and the glass sliding door sound proof. so city noises hasn't been an issue.
The gym is well equipped and with a sona room. The pool and spa were very cold (sept) and the BBQ out of order.
Make sure you address all your enquiries at Wundu as you are not clients of the building management team. We were supplied with linen for 2 even we had booked for 4 guests.
Overall, good value for money.
Close to transport and many parks, lovely bakery around corner and convenient store with internet.
Very clean & good location. Only problem was setting timer on oven as power had been off. (Push first two buttons and last together)
Would consider staying here again.
