Modern Apartment Central Istanbul

Wir hatten trotz des kühlen Wetters wunderbare Istanbultage. Wir haben die Wohnung dank der guten Beschreibung problemlos gefunden und sie entsprach der Beschreibung. Besonders gefielen uns die ruhige Lage, die vielen kleinen Läden - und dies,obwohl die Ausgeh- und Shoppingstrasse ganz nah ist. Hat uns sehr gefallen - wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal in Istanbul. Die aufladbare Karte für den ÖV ist ein besonders geschätzter Service. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Margrit und Edith

Nice apartment near the famous İstiklal Caddesi (400 m). The owner is very helpful and the apartment is equipped with everything. The neighborhood is a bit dark but safe. A good cheap solution.

Eine günstige Möglichkeit in Istanbul zu übernachten. Wir fanden die Lage und die Wohnung gut und es hat alles prima geklappt.

Die Wohnung ist Super gut gelegen, zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten von der istiklal caddesi entfernt. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wie daheim fühlt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden zurückgekommen und sind uns sicher dass die nächste reise nach Istanbul in die gleiche Wohnung gebucht wird! Danke!

Appartamento comodo e pulito, dotato di ogni confort, non lontno dal centro storico (raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti oppure prendendo la funicolare da taxim), strada silenziosa ma vicinissima alla movida notturna di Beyoglu.

A great location. You can get the bus to everywhere just the street out. Taskim is near and really pretty! The appartement was really good. Everything you need is there. Only I do not recommend the shower for big people. We had a nice time.

L'alloggio è perfettamente rispondente a quanto descritto nell'inserzione. Si trova in una stradina tranquilla per quanto possa esserlo una qualsiasi strada cittadina, quindi camion della spazzatura molto rumorosi al mattino presto, venditori ambulanti, bambini che giocano sulla soglia di casa e i rumori degli scarichi dei vicini: sembra di averli in casa. Per il resto è da apprezzare il fatto che l'appartamentino è situato a circa 300mt dalla movida di Istiklal ma non risente del chiasso assordante dei locali fino a notte fonda. L'ingresso è completamente indipendente e dà direttamente sulla strada, poco luminoso ma accogliente e dotato di un letto da 140x190 e di un divano letto da una piazza e mezzo in ambienti separati. Per cucinare c'è solo una piastra elettrica (attenzione: non è facile regolarne la potenza) e il minimo del pentolame necessario e poi un comodo forno a microonde e un bollitore elettrico quindi ci si può arrangiare egregiamente. C'è anche un deumidificatore ma a dicembre non è stato mai necessario utilizzarlo e il riscaldamento funziona perfettamente.

We are 50 somethings picking from our backpacking days. We look for safe, affordable, simple but comfortable accommodation for our travels. This apartment met our expectations. Lots of room, everything worked, good location for exploring Istanbul. We'd stay here again. If I had one issue it would be the shower size. At 230 lbs it was a bit of a tight fit, manageable but could have used a few inches on either side. We'd stay here again and recommend it highly...
