Please no smoking or parties of any kind!
Upon arrival, please present a legible copy of your passport or other picture Id as well as a copy of your confirmation letter. Without it you will not be able to move in. You will also be asked to sign a move in form stating that you accept the apartment and the condition that it is in.
A security deposit of $200 is payable in cash at the time of arrival. Please note that you are responsible so that the apartment is in the same condition when you leave as when you arrived. Upon your arrival please let us know if anything is broken or missing.
Upon check out please dispose of all trash do not leave garbage strewn about or we are to assume that you had a party which is against out policy and you will be fined an additional cleaning fee. If apartment smells like smoke or there is evidence of a party, you will forfit your security deposit.
Please be mindful of other people in the building and try to keep noise down to a minimum. Be considerate of guests arriving the day you are leaving and observe check out time so that we have enough time to get the apartment ready. Do not leave dirty dishes and garbage and please do not through linens and towels on the floor!
If you need to arrive early or leave late, please let us know at least a day in advance. We can arrange to keep your luggage for you. A few hours is $25 and an entire day is $45.
Rules to Follow:
1. No hanging out/loitering/drinking/smoking on the front porch or in front of the building
2. No smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building. No smoking 50 ft from the building. You will be charged $45 fee (taken out of your security deposit) if room smells like smoke after you move out. No smoking is a law in NY and a courtesy to other quests who may be allergic.
3. Please be courteous and leave the room in the same condition it was when you moved in - take out trash (there are garbage bins downstairs), do not through linens and towels on the floor, do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
4. If you need to arrive early, or leave late, you must speak to the on site manager Wayne at least one day prior and arrange for him to keep your luggage. Short time is $20 per room and all day is $45 per room
5. If you do not return keys, you will be charged $35 replacement fee (taken out of your security deposit)
We know that in addition to sightseeing, most people come to NYC to shop. Please make sure to put your shopping bags and boxes as well as other garbage in bags and place them in garbage bins in front of the building, any loose garbage will cause the city to give fines (up to $300) which you will be held accountable
Wir hatten dieses Apartment gebucht. Da dort leider die Heizung defekt war, bekamen wir das Apartment darüber ohne Aufpreis. Dieses Apartment wäre für 10 Personen ausgelegt. Da wir zu 4. waren hatten wir üppige Platzverhältnisse. Beim Check in hat alles geklappt. Wir bekamen von unserem Housemanager noch hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung. Geschirr und Besteck waren ausreichend vorhanden und Bettwäsche mit Handtüchern waren frisch. Das Apartment selbst ist in einem annehmbaren Zustand. Ein paar kleine Renovierungsarbeiten wären nötig. Aber trotzdem haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt und der Preis war angemessen. Die Nachbarschaft bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen, bzw Essen holen. Auch die U-Bahn Stationen für die Linie 2/3 sind zwei und 4/5/6 einen Block entfernt. Insgesamt ein Toller Urlaub indem dieses Apartment immer ein guter Ausgangspunkt war.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder zeigen die Wohnung genau so, wie sie ist. Sauberkeit, WiFi, TV funktionierten problemlos. Lediglich der Außenbereich hat sich verändert und die Küche ist wahrscheinlich auf amerikanische Bedürfnisse ausgerichtet. Im Umfeld gibt es alles, was man so braucht und die Vermieter waren erfreulich unkompliziert. Die Menschen hier waren zu uns sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Harlem ist definitiv eine Reise wert. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Top Appartment!! Sauber, besserals auf den Fotos, sehr groß und stylisch. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Immer wieder gerne.

This full sized home in Uptown Mangattan was very good and affordable. Our first time in NYC and at first once we arrived to Harlem, Manhattan, it was jewelry off and stay indoors after 7pm. Wasted those nights watching TV. By the third night we were catching the sub way around New York City, Manhattan. Thank you Izzy

Very spacious apartment, good accommodation for 4 adults (one couple and 2 single) on short break in city; we were a little disappointed with poor standard of bedding but rest of apartment facilities were of good standard. Good access to nearest underground station, 1 block walking distance, however we preferred to use cabs for journey home on an evening.

Ein großzügig klimatisiertes Apartment mit moderner Küche, 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, 1 Wohnzimmer und 2 begehbaren "Kleiderschränken" im Anfangsbereich von Harlem. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat termingerecht geklappt. Zu verbessern wären u.E. die etwas kleinen Doppelbetten. Internet war zwar vorhanden, jedoch das Passwort stand nicht zur Verfügung. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war aber in Ordnung und das Apartment entsprach den Angaben.

Clean, big apartment in central New York! We enjoyed our stay and will probably come back if we go to New York again..one area that can be improved is the A/C existence as it can be quite hot in the summer without it.

Très bel appartement spacieux et confortable. La chambre donnant sur la rue est un peu bruyante. La terrasse demanderait un peu d'entretien. Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir NY. Bus et métro à qq minutes. A proximité immédiate: shopping,restaurants,églises (gospel) et caveaux à jazz! Nous reviendrons!

L'appartamento è molto carino ed abbastanza cben conservato. Ci sono tre bagni e praticamente si può viverci in tre coppie. La Metro è a 5 min. a piedi. E' ben accessioriato (c'è perfino la moca per il Caffè)
