You can comfortably reach the U4/U5 underground lines (at the Friedenheimer Str station) in 5 minutes, and you can reach the complete S-Bahn network (at the Laim or Hirschgarten stations) in a 5 minute walk. Basically, you’ll be in the absolute centre within 10 minutes. The property is situated only a side-street away from the number 19 tram with direct connections to the centre, 15 minutes to Marienplatz, 10 minutes to the central station and 8 minutes to Hackerbrücke/Theresienwiese.
The room
The room is located in a 70m2 4-room apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with new windows, in a very quiet but central residential area. You can also use the common-room. You can reach the Oktoberfest easily in 10 minutes any time of day.
You can smoke on either of the two balconies.
There is a double bed (140/200cm). For the 3rd Person, please call me before you make booking. The kitchen and bathroom are available for your use. We have a washing machine, a modern bathroom with bath and window, cooker, dishwasher and over, plenty of shopping options and cafes nearby.
It is possible to bring pets with you, but please contact me before you will booking. Wireless internet is available. You will find a parking space in the immediately vicinity. The apartment is situated in a residential area, so there are sufficient parking spaces available nearby.
Your hosts
We are a 2-person living community and when one of our rooms is vacant, you are welcome to stay over at our place. The rooms are completely furnished and each fitted with a flatscreen TV. The rooms will be cleaned upon departure or during your stay if you wish. We charge a €20 final cleaning fee.
