Authentic Apartment for 6 guests

Mooi appartement, prachtig gelegen, als je op de bovenste verdieping slaapt moet je wel de nodige trappen beklimmen, maar ja, dat is de charme van een grachtenpand. Redelijk schoon. Voldoende linnengoed. De bedden waren opgemaakt en dat was ook heel prettig. Al met al een heel prettig verblijf gehad: Amsterdam, grachtenpand en goed gezelschap, wat wil je nog meer. Jacqueline

The apartment is fantastic and the location is great. Exactly what we were after. Clean and to a high spec. We were not bothered and left to do what we wanted. Massive balcony on the top floor and a good communal area with balcony coming off the kitchen (good for those who like to indulge in the finer things Amsterdam has to offer). The only issue we had was getting the coffee machine to work. We couldn't. But we did not seek help so it may just have been us. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

I can not imagine to stay at a better place if you plan to visit Amsterdam with a group of friends for a weekend. The appartment is located perfectly at Keizersgracht if you are not reluctant to take a 15 min walk. If you are, there is a tram station right in front of the door. Cleanliness is ok, not outstanding, but you will be compensated by a stunning view from the roof top. I would book the appartement again.

Einfach nur Genial!

Nous sommes 6 amis à avoir un passé 3 jours plus qu'agréables dans cet appartement! Très spacieux, lumineux, très bien placé sur le canal, nous n'aurions pu rêver mieux! La récupération des clés a également été très facile malgré notre arrivée tardive, et Manuela toujours présente pour répondre à nos questions ! Petit bémol qui n'a gaché en rien notre séjour : le chauffage nous a joué des tours le dernier jour... Mais appartement que nous conseillons plus que vivement à ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement d'Amsterdam !!

Stay was very enjoyable and apartment well placed in town... but take ear plugs due to the tram track outside and lively bar next door! Well equipped and very comfortable accommodation.

Das Haus ist super zentral gelegen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und es wurden Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Reinlichkeitszustand der Wohnung ließ aber ansonsten zu wünschen übrig.

Das Appartement ist genial, weil es ein sehr schönes Haus ist und über 4 Stockwerke geht, inkl. Dachterrasse. Es ist eine super Lage und man kann fast alles zufuß machen. Die Sitzmöbel, sowie der Teppich sind leider etwas verdreckt. Es ist leider im Gegensatz zu den hochwertigen Miele-Geräten kein vernünftiges zusammenpassendes Geschirr vorhanden.

Optimale Location für ein entspanntes Partywochenende. Traumhaftes Aufwachen mit Vogelgezwitscher und Blick auf die Herrengracht. Im Haus viele Treppen. Zu unserem Aufenthalt war die Strasse wegen Baustelle gesperrt. Deswegen war es so ruhig, wie in einem kleinen Dorf:)Wohnung war sauber und mit Style eingerichtet.

Very nice place. I would highly recommend. The roof top terrace was great! We will stay here again.
