Ideal if you are visiting Barcelona for holidays, business or even if you are just passing by.
The house is located in the limit between the Eixample Dret and Grácia , between Sagrada Familia and the tipical littles squares (Plaza del Sol, Plaza del Reloj, ...). This is in the midle of the tipical modernist zone of Barcelona.
We are located right between the modernist Barcelona with its glamorous buildings and the other part more tipical with market, and a lot of places of new design. So you can choose from plenty exciting opportunities for go out side.
Moreover, the location is very well connected to the center via metro (Stop Verdaguer) , and buses. But you are so close to the important places, that is better take a walk...
The room is quiet and comfortable room with the possibility to have one or two beds, depending your request. The bathroom is shared with another two rooms on rent. The room is ideal for relaxing after a long day!

-Laundry: 5 euros one machine (in cash)
-Kitchen* (for cooking): 15 euros weekly (in cash - pay first day)
* refrigerator use and microwave are free.
- Half board service: 9 euros per day
- Full board service: 18 euros per day
- Cleaning service up to a week: 5 euros
