We offer you for a stay in the apartment every three days 2 towels per person. (Included in the price).
"Cleaning"
In case you would like to have maid service during your stay,please let me know. The fee for this service will be 280 reais. The maid service includes new towels, new sheets and cleaning.
The apartment has two floors, total 270 m2.
The first floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large kitchen and the living room.
The second floor has one bedroom with Jacuzzi and a terrace available. and a second normal bedroom with a bathroom.
It's located just one block from Ipanema beach and close to restaurants, banks, clubs, supermarkets and night life.
Ipanema is a neighborhood located in the southern region of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, between Leblon and Arpoador. The beach at Ipanema became widely known by the song "The Girl from Ipanema" ("Garota de Ipanema"), written by Antonio Carlos Jobim and Vinícius de Moraes.
The beach is divided by Postos. So, you will find all type of people as you go through the postos. You may certainly find your niche in one of them. The part closer to the Arpoador beach is great for surfing. You will find beach soccer, beach volley and many other sports there. If you want to play while there, just tell the guys you want to play next (say it in Portuguese "Próximo"), they are very friendly. This beach is also safer than Copacabana and very close to Copacabana. If you have a younger mind, this is the place for you.
