I am a house owner who enjoys meeting people.
My house is located only a 3-minutes-walk from a station and it was built just a few months ago.
It is at special wards of Tokyo or 23ku and it is convenient to visit many popular spots in Tokyo.
Convenience stores that are open 24/7 such as Family Mart, Lawson, Circle K Sunkus are all within a 3 minutes walk.
Bring your iPhone or Laptop. 1Gbps High speed Internet is available at no cost.
(Optical fiber broadband connection = a lot faster than the ones in most hotels.)
The central district is basically for the office and hotels. Most people own a house in a neighboring residential areas. I think I can say my house is positioned within a reasonable distance to the center ;D.
I am not always around and cannot prepare meals but please feel free to use the kitchen.
Since I would like to become friend with anyone staying in my house, I am sorry but short term of less than one week is not possible.
