Bright Apartment in Downtown

Piccolo ma c'è tutto, il letto della camera principale é molto comodo, pulito e accogliente non vicinissimo alla metro ma raggiungibile a piedi.

A very nice apartment, perfect for two (or three or even four) people. It's equipped with everything you will need, both in the kitchen, living room and bathroom. There's air conditioning, and the flat is very quiet. It's also located in an interesting area, with lots of restaurants and pubs nearby, and with quick communications into central Madrid. Fernando and his aunt are very helpful and dedicated to giving you a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

This is really a very pleasant apartment, very cozy, everything was there that we needed. It is ideal for two but I guess even three /four persons could have a relaxed time there. Fernando's aunt was extremely kind and gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is ideally situated, you can get everything in c/ Galileo which is also close to the centre, close to the very nice and vibrant Chueca district with its atmospüheric nightlife and c/ Fuencarral (for shopaholics). Would go to this place again without hesitating and can recommend the place without any objections!

Ottima accoglienza che facilita il soggiorno e la visita alla città di Madrid. La casa è pulita e completa di tutti i confort possibili. Il proprietario è molto attento alle richieste e risponde, sempre, in tempi rapidi.

Excellent apartment in Madrid about 5 minute walk from the Metro station. Great facilities (bed, air conditioning, sofa, tv, dvd player) and sound proof. We parked our car for free at a Metro Station called Sierra de Guadalupe. Before we parked there, we emptied the entire car, because it's suppose to be unsafe to park your car at a Metro station. Our car was still perfect at the end of our stay.

Fabuloso apartamento, nos encantó todo de él: muy cómodo, decorado con mucho gusto y todo tipo de detalles, tranquilo, acogedor, climatizado y totalmente reformado. Edificio histórico en una zona estupenda, a pocos minutos del centro caminando. Pilar, la anfitriona, fue encantadora con nosotros. La verdad, nos sentimos como en casa. Repetiremos sin duda.

Totalmente recomendable. A la vivienda no le faltaba detalle. Muy cómodo, muy limpio, muy bien situado.... Los anfitriones no pudieron ser mas atentos. !!!!Volveremos!!!!.
