Well situated, compact apartment close to centre , train and metro links 4 of us stayed , it had all we needed for a comfortable stay would definitely go back again thanks Hev

Das Hausboot ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man erreicht wirklich alles in der Altstadt zu Fuß und ein Supermarkt ist auch um die Ecke. Hev und Rolan betreuen einen wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auf einem Hausboot zu wohnen ist auf jeden Fall ein Abenteuer, auf das wir (4-köpfige Familie) uns gerne einlassen wollten, und es ist auch so ziemlich alles da, was man braucht, sogar frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher (wenn auch nur 3 Gabeln :-) ). Aber bitte, lieber Hev: Renoviere dieses gute Stück, und zwar bald! Es ist ziemlich abgewirtschaftet und verwohnt (und das lässt sich wirklich nicht mehr "romantisch" nennen), das Sofa ist voller Brand- und anderer Flecken, das Badezimmer zwar oberflächlich halbwegs sauber, aber müffelig und schimmelig, wenn man genauer hinsieht. Alles gluckert, wenn man duscht. Unsere gesamte Kleidung stank nach 3 Tagen Aufenthalt und wir haben alles, auch Ungetragenes, gewaschen, weil es so müffelte. Nach ein paar Eimern Farbe, neuen Fenstern und einem neuen Bad wäre diese Hausboot bestimmt super - und dann auch sein Geld wert! Unsere Bitte an Hev: Renoviere es, das Hausboot hat's verdient!

I and two of my friends have just returned from Amsterdam after a 3 day visit. We stayed at Hev's Romatic Loft located very close to the center and in walking distance to most of the sightseings. Hev is a very friendly and kind host and he is very helpfull with information about Amsterdam. The Loft is not very big but okay for a short stay for 2-3 persons. It has what you need of facilities: toilet, bath, cooking place, tv and couch.The staircase up to the topfloor is very narrow and steep and the apartment could need a little face-lift here and there, but overall a fine place to stay. Hev's apartment is beautiful! We spent 3 days in Amsterdam and did not need to use public transport once as his apartment is perfectly located in central amsterdam with loads of shops, coffee houses, bars etc nearby. The view from the top apartment was amazing and we were very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need and Hev was easily contactable and helpful with help about how to get around and what to do. I would certainly stay here on my next visit to Amsterdam!

Hev is a very nice guy, good custom. Apartment is in a good location close to coffee shops, ice bar and prime club and a 5-10 mins walk from Dam square. However, stairs to apartment are veryy narrow, hard to get up and down and the apartment is farely clean. Great for a short stay

Due to unforeseen road works, entry in and out of the Canal Boat House was very difficult and noisy, I contacted Hev about our concerns,his staff and him self was very helpful and moved us on to a lovely apartment, and enjoyed the rest of our holliday.
