This nice and charming apartment (59 m2) is situated in the heart of Østerbro, which is very close the city center (10 minutes with train, bus or bike).
The apartment is situated at the top floor (4th floor) and is therefore very bright, heading towards south. It's very quiet. The neighbors are very nice and calm. The flat has 2 rooms, one bedroom and one living room/dining room. The interior is modern. The furniture and the atmosphere is inspired by Scandinavian design.
It's very easy to find the place and takes only 35 min from the airport to the apartment (15min with metro and 15 min with the bus and 3 minutes by foot) . If you are interested it might be possible that my neighbor can come and get you with a car at the airport for a smaller amount.
The neighborhood has plenty of nice cafés (50 meters from here), gourmet restaurants, great shopping with small fashion shops, bakeries (100 meters), green areas (a huge park 300 meters from here), playgrounds for children (100 meters), theaters, modern dancing, spa, as well as nightlife with bars, cocktails and dance floors (100 meters).
Groceries are also very easy to get, also within 50 meters. The cities largest public park where you can barbeque, do sports, playgrounds for your children, is less than 5 minutes walk from here. The area is close to the sea and one of Copenhagen’s beaches is situated not far from here.
The bedroom has a high quality double bed (160 cm wide) and there is a newly renovated (in 2011) modern kitchen well equipped with more than you need to cook your favorite dishes, juice machine, blender, washing machine and dishwasher etc. There is also a flat screen TV and internet. There will be sheets and towels available. I can arrange for you so that there are basic groceries for your first meal at arrival or help you to find a good place to buy takeaway when you arrive or get it delivered. The sofa can easily be used as a bed for one person. There is also a big madras (160 cm x 200 cm) that can be used and placed in the living room if necessary.
Dogs and children are also welcome! But it is not allowed to smoke in the appartment!
