OKTOBERFEST 2013 Apartment (September 21 - October 06):
To the Oktoberfest (Wiesn) is not far away and is therefore very good walk (15minutes), by subway (10minutes) or taxi (5 minutes) distance. It can sleep up to 3 people on Oktoberfest time at the apartment. Prices for Oktoberfest amounts to 139 euros per night + 8 euros for additional people.
VIP PICKUP SERVICE:
Pickups from the airport or train station in Munich are possible that you may have a stress-free arrival!

THE INTERIOR:
In the apartment is a sofa bed for 2 persons with kitchen, dining area, balcony and bathroom with bathtub. Fresh towels in the bathroom, and linen included. A medium-sized freezer/fridge to cool or freeze food and beverages installed in kitchen area. Cutlery, plates and utensils for cooking and baking in stock.
In addition, you can use my new, exclusive Nespresso Lattissima machine for a small fee per pod (50Cent) for a delicious coffee, cappuccino, espresso or latte macchiato. A water filtration system for fresh, softened water is also present in the kitchen.
A new swivel 42 `` LED TV with Ambilight for leisurely evenings in the apartment available.
Internet access is available in the apartment, this is free of charge and with 18Mbit/s data rate on the internet.
Free / Paid PARKING:
At the Front of the house you can free parking of 11am to 9am, and all day on Sundays and public holidays.
You can the rest for € 6/24 hours (1 day), directly in front of the house.
On top of the drawn card is a free parking zone is specified in which you can park for free at any time.
SURROUNDINGS:
10 minutes with the subway or train (SBahn) to the Marienplatz / centre. The subway takes you directly from Harras to Marienplatz or Bayern Munich Stadium - Allianz Arena (stadium). The Isar (river) for walking is not far away.
By public transport (train / subway / bus), it easily reaches directly from my apartment from any location or sight in and around Munich.
EXCURSIONS:
- By car you can drive right onto the motorway to Salzburg (approx. 130km) or (ca.180km) over the Brenner Pass to Italy to go skiing or for beach holidays.
- The Chiemsee (the Bavarian sea) reaches you in 30 minutes by car, and also by train travel in 45 minutes.
- The Bavarian Castle Neuschwanstein reaches 1 1/2 hours by car or 3 hours by train.
OTHER:
You get your own apartment / flat, that you have a great time in Munich can for a business trip or holidays.
