Upstairs, the spiral staircase, takes you to the spacious open plan living area. It leads to the fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, oven and dishwasher. It also features a comfortable dining table for 6 people. Also it has a spacious back balcony with table and a couple of chairs. Also on the other side of the room, there is the sitting area where 5 people can sit comfortably. It comes fully equipped with cable tv programs and wifi internet. Also the lounge area leads to a spacious front balcony with a couple of sunbeds and yet another dining table with a gas bbq. From this balcony one can enjoy some stunning city views even of the capital city. The living area is fully air conditioned. Moreover, there is another full, family bathroom with shower cubicle.
This place is ideal for people seeking a relaxed holiday in a beautiful and fully finished apartment. The location of this apartment makes it an ideal spot from where to explore the entire island. It is located 5 minutes (by bus) away from the capital city Valletta in one direction and 5 minutes away to Sliema and St Julians the other direction.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night
up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on arrival via credit card or cash.
Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
- for 3 bedroom apartment- 200KWh
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.
Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote.
Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes. Long lets also available rates upon request from owner. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6months or even longer please ask for quote.

Great apartment with a really nice view. Plenty of room and the apartment included everything we needed. St Julians Bay is surrounded by nice restaurants and less than ten minutes walks to supermarkets and beaches. A very kind women from our own country welcomed us en explained everything. We could contact them anytime if we needed help, but fortunately that wasn't necessary. Thanks for the great stay, we had a very nice time!
What a memorable experience. The apartment was extremely clean and more than adequate for our 15 nights stay. Our host met us at the door- step although we were a little late arriving. We were shown around the apartment and given all the necessary information required. The apartment was well placed for Sliema and near to all the supermarkets etc. We would recommend to all. Many thanks to you all for your help in ensuring we had a perfect holiday.

The appartement was absolutely lovely! We have actually nothing bad to say about it. The check-in and check-out were easy and the host was friendly.
As we once had problems with the wifi we made a quick phone call, and came home shortly after to find it already replaced.
So we can only give a big thank you and a thumbs up!
Lovely and clean. Good AC. Wifi works very good. Apartment is even more spacious than at the photos. 2 Shops within 150m. On the other side the kitchen isn't equiped in for example - kitchen knife or board to cut.
The apartment was fine and central, very close to the ferry boats to Valletta and Gozo and Comino, with a shopping center next door, which had been good for shopping.
During check-in at the apartment charged € 200 deposit, will explain how to use the kitchen, trigger current, etc.
The only thing that has lacked the floor is to have toilet paper, dish soap and stuff that you bring from home and are not basic household (eg scouring pads to clean but had no soap dishes ...) .

El piso estaba bien y céntrico, muy cerca de la zona de ferries a La Valeta y barcos a Gozo y Comino, con un centro comercial al lado, lo cual venía bien para hacer la compra.
Durante el check-in en el apartamento se cobran los 200€ de depósito, te explican cómo usar la cocina, activan la corriente, etc.
Lo único que le ha faltado al piso es tener papel de wc, jabón para los platos y esas cosas que no te llevas de casa y son básicas para el hogar (por ejemplo, había estropajos para limpiar pero no jabón de platos...).
Was received by Steve who was very busy and therefore not through things with us. The TV did not work all week and safety - box was locked.

The apartment has a great location. (Central, bus etc easily accessible, minimarket on the corner). Transfer and communication with the landlord went smoothly. Unfortunately there were a few shortcomings: garbage in the house entrance, the decor was rather spartan, especially in the kitchen and dishes (no bowl, no functioning opener, no coffee maker, no hook etc.). The gas bottle for a barbecue was empty, was not safe to use and promised batteries were not renewed, toilet brushes were canceled. These deficiencies the price was too high, and therefore only three stars
Das Appartement hat eine super Lage.(zentral,Bus etc gut zu erreichen, Minimarket direkt an der Ecke). Übergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte reibungslos. Leider gab es ein paar Mängel: Müll im Hauseingang, die Einrichtung war eher spartanisch, besonders bei Küche und Geschirr (keine Schüssel, nicht funktionierender Dosenöffner, keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Haken etc.). Die Gasflasche zum Grillen war leer, Safe war nicht zu benutzen und versprochene Batterien wurden nicht erneuert, Toilettenbürsten waren abgebrochen. Bei diesen Mängeln war der Preis überhöht, und daher nur DREI Sterne
