Private Room near "El Rastro"

Very well located in the south of Madrid, with underground station (line 5) at only 1 minute on foot. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Elena is very busy but very welcoming too ;)

Elena is so kind and warm! She helped me feel comfortable and feel real Spain! The place is very cozy and the condition of room is also very good! Thanks to her, I could get good memories in Madrid..

Nice appartment in a great location (only 2 metro stops to the centre of Madrid). Elena is very helpful, can give you tips what to do and visit.

Wir haben 5 Tage in Elenas Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist gut, ruhig und doch nahe an der U-Bahnstation. Es war alles bestens organisiert. Elena ist offen freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

El piso está muy bien, pudiendo utilizar la cocina, salón y baño. Había otra pareja en otra habitación con la que no hemos conincidido, tampoco con la propietaria, excepto a la llegada. Bien hubicado, cercano a los museos y al rastro.

We had a very pleasant stay at Elena's apartment. Nice and quiet place, good and clean accommodation. Elena was very friendly and helpful during our stay in Madrid.

Devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, ovviamente abbiamo praticamente solo dormito e usufruito del bagno però è un appartamento originale e ben curato. Ele è molto gentile e disponibile. La casa si trova facilmente grazie alle indicazioni fornite da Ele ed ha la stazione della metro ACACIAS a 200m. Si ha WI-FI gratuito e non si hanno limitazioni su quando rientrare, c'è una cucina a disposizione nel caso qualcuno volesse mangiare e una macchinetta a cialde per un espresso veloce prima di partire per madrid :) Durante tutto il soggiorno potete rimanere in contatto con Ele tramite what's up o sms per sapere orari musei e locali particolari dover poter andare.

Service hat gut funktioniert, kann man weiter empfehlen.

Elena is really kind. It was very nice staying at her house. She let you free to use her kitchen, washing machine and the livngroom and she gives you 100% privacy. It's very good located close to the subway station. The supermarket, greengrocer and bakery are around the corner. It's worth it to come back for sure. Thanks Elena :)

It was a lovely stay! Clean, near the centre, good bed and such a warm welcome. We would really like to this apartment! You won't regret.
