UPON ARRIVAL AT PROPERTY, ALL GUESTS MUST WAIT FOR OUR LADY AT THE FRONT GATE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. BUILDING RESIDENTS WILL COMPLAIN TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IF THE LOBBY AREA INSIDE BUILDING IS BLOCKED. DURING YOUR STAY, IN CASE THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OR ANYONE ELSE AT THE BUILDING ASKS, JUST SAY YOU ARE MY FRIEND BECAUSE THEY DON'T LIKE STRANGERS GETTING INTO THE BUILDING. THANKS FOR YOUR KIND UNDERSTANDING FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY.

Check in time is AFTER 2 pm. Make sure to contact our lady or me by phone at least 60 minutes prior to arrival such that we can meet you at the flat to hand you the keys and acquaint you to the surroundings.

Check out time is STRICT at 12:00 noon. Our cleaning crew will arrive at 12:00 noon to service the flat for the next guest, thanks for your cooperation.

1.Keep Quiet Please,Don't disturb the neighborhood.
2.Please keep the place clean.
3.Please don't do anything illegal. Otherwise, we will send the police there.
4.Please use the facilities normally.
5.Save utilities!

We booked for 9 (4 adults 5children), it was confirmed several times via email that the apartment could take 9. Owner was also informed several times that we would be arriving late! Arriving at the apartment at 11.30PM the cleaner/manger let us in (after being called) & then proceeded to make the beds (while we had very tired children after an 8hour flight with 2 hour time change). Sheets hanging on the windows got placed on the beds. We were then told one of the top bunks were unsafe to sleep on as no safety rail & someone could fall down between the wall. There was only 2 bath towels, according to the owner towels don't need to be provided. Beds very uncomfortable, in fact one appears to be the base of a bed without the mattress. Left over food was found in the fridge, kitchen appeared uncleaned, also not enough plates, etc to cater for 9 people. Cleaner/manager spoke very minimal English & therefore concerns had to be addressed over the phone with the owner trying to translate while not understanding English well either... not understanding what a 'sheet' was when asking for sheets for the couch! The owner had also been emailed for further information on arriving at apartment with no reply to email! We had booked here for 7 nights & only stayed 1, and no compensation was offered. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT OR OWNER!!

House is clean, great location. Unfortunately wifi got problems and no water supply start 2nd day mid night until next day 10am.

This could be one of the most pathetic moments we had during travelling. When we first reached the apartment, the previous tenants were still there and they were waiting for their deposit refund by the owner. The cleaner only showed up at 4pm and we had to wait for her to do the cleaning for about 2 hours. Apartment was not entirely cleaned and was in a messy state. Not only that, later at the night when I was about to hop on the bed to sleep, I found out that the bed sheet was not changed! That was gross and awful. Despite fanciness and decorations, a rented apartment should come with the most basic elements - hygiene and clean. Called up the owner the next day, and she told me a blanket does not have to be washed. Blanket does not have to be washed, but blanket cover certainly has to be. Nevertheless, the owner came back on our second night to change them herself. Wifi was not in function as listed in the internet. Apart from the above mentioned, apartment itself is okay but don't expect too much. Owner should look into this matter and should have a better management in terms of time and services.

Stayed here for 5 days. Location was very accessible. But the apartment was not really very well kept in terms of cleanliness. The person in contact was also very rigid about her timing. While we were staying there, they even arrange another person to view the place by knocking on our door. Intruding of privacy. . The whole street was actually the goldfish street.... Didnt really like it to be surrounded with pets though... Place really small. If for 8 pax... No Place to put the luggages... Quite small

Nous avons réservé via Windu cet appartement qui correspondait à nos besoins (3 chambres + 2 salles de bain). Or à l'arrivée, nous n'avons pu en profiter que durant 1 nuit !!! On nous a demandé de déménagé dans un autre appartement : nauséabond, bruyant,... pas de fenêtre dans certaines chambres ou alors impossible de les ouvrir à cause des odeurs et du bruit !!!! et douche à même dans les WC!!!!! Ne réservez pas auprès de cet hôte !!!! C'est un menteur et un voleur!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >> J'ai mis une étoile mais si je pouvais, j'aurais mis aucune !!!!

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children. Jack's apartment was not luxury but clean and comfortable. it's in a good location near underground train, good restaurants and shops. There were 2 bathrooms which was very hard to find in HK. There were 3 bedrooms with 9 beds so everyone had their own bed to rest after long day walk. The living room gave us extra space to gather for watching TV and sharing our good time in HK. Only there was not enough coffee cups and spoons for everyone in the morning. Thank you Jack.

Nice 3 Bedrooms Apartment Near MTR & Langham Place! 3

Good location, close to 2 MTR and ladies markets etc, Queenie meet us late at night and was very pleasent. Unit is smaller than it looks in the pictures but was clean and tidy. Bathroom has a leak from the ceiling and sofa bed does not open. No cooktop in the kitchen (is in the photos on the website) although this was not an issue for us as we ate out all the time. Lifts are also not very good, Very jerky and small, label in lift indicated max 8 people, when had 5 and lift went past the level. Overall good unit.

The location is good. Walking distance to tourists attraction markets such as temple streets, ladies streets the place is clean. Jack is always reachable at his mobile to provided assistance. The only issue I faced upon arrival at HK was trying to call Jack. The contact details provided wasn't complete in website. Should dial 00186(area code) follow phone no. Contacted Wimdu for assistance But they just said that's the information they have at their end is the same as mine: (
