- 10 minutes to Deli railway station (if you are arriving by train)
- 15-20 minutes walk to the Citadella on top of Gellert Hill, if you fancy a walk to the best view of the city, especially over night.

Only 5 minutes walk to MOM Shopping Centre and Sports Centre, ideal for shopping including food, eat out / night out, or for sports lovers to have a swim or other activities.
The apartment:
It has two spacious double bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with one double. You will find two fully equipped bathrooms for a comfortable stay, and for a quick get ready with two showers if you are a group.
You will find a spacious living room with a corner sofa to socialize.
It has an open air with a fully equipped kitchen, if you fancy to stay in and cook for yourself, then all you have to do is turn on the dishwasher and the plates & dishes and cutlery will be washed by the push of a button.
From the living room you can go out to the balcony to have some fresh air or to have a cigarette if you are a smoker.
There is a private car park for this property at the back for one car, protected by gates (free of charge). There is free street parking also available 10 meters away.
The apartment is Air Conditioned, so no sweating during hot times:)
The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed when more then 4 people is hosted.
