House rules

Check in and check out have to be agreed. For the keys you have to give a deposit of 50 Euro, which you will receive back at the end of your stay, when you give back the keys.

After 9 pm it is not allowed to make noise or to disturb the neighbours.
Please keep the appartment proper.

Maximum stay is two weeks.

The flat is very nice for two people. It is clean and the bathroom is new. It is a little bit far away from the city center but just along the main street next to the flat's one runs a tram that connects the neigbourhood with the Museum Quartier and its frequency is every 10min, even late in the evening, so that is not a big deal. Paul was very nice a punctual both on the day of the arriving and when we left the flat.

L'appartement est petit mais très mignon, super bien équipé, extrèmement propre et calme. Nous avons bien apprécié notre hôte, Paul, très serviable et fort sympatique. Je recommande cet appartement sans aucune hésitation.

Het was een verrassing zo rustig te verblijven midden in Wenen in een leuk gezellig appartement. Er was voor alles gezorgd en we voelden ons gelijk thuis. Overal dicht bij en zelfs te wandelen naar Schönbrun. De gastheer is heel sympathiek. Als we weer naar Wenen gaan weten we een heel leuk adres.

Prima onderkomen. Compleet, netjes en schoon! Dichtbij het centrum gelegen. Openbaar vervoer en winkels om de hoek. Een aanrader!
