The igloo village on Germany’s highest mountain has become a cult location in just four years. The view over four countries is simply sensational. After a night on the mountain peak, the cosy genuine wood log cabin of the SonnAlpin with a view on the Renn Valley is the best place for a perfect breakfast.
Overnights stays with us are a special and commemorable experience to talk about. Our expedition sleeping bags will surely keep you warm. Our romantic igloos are equipped with lamb fur and have been designed by international artists. Each igloo is unique and a perfect location for special moments. Depending on the location, the igloo villages feature a whirlpool or a sauna. Our guides ensure that our guests feel comfortable and coddle them with house-made spiced wine and a traditional cheese fondue. The activities do of course depend on the respective current weather. Overnight stays are available from December 25th (Zugspitze from December 31st) to around mid-April.
