Our 11th floor open plan penthouse looks out to the sea with a stunning 180 degree view of sea and sky. The reaction of our guests is always, "Wow! The pictures really don't do it justice."
We're 100 metres from the beautiful beach of Barra Vento, where there's surfing when the tide's up, and natural sea pools to float in when the tide goes out;
We're in walking distance of everything you might need: cafés (padarias), restaurants, bars, delicatessens, butchers, bakeries, fish mongers, ice cream parlours, shops, banks, night clubs, supermarkets, gyms, hairdressers, travel agencies, taxis, car hire, pharmacies, medical services, you name it, it's probably here.
We are also a short taxi (or bus) ride from some of Salvador's best attractions such as the enchanting cobble-stoned streets of Pelourinho, the old Portuguese buildings and markets of Cidade Baixa and Santo Antonio, and the bars and restaurants of Rio Vermelho (Red River), as well as being 150m from one of the main Carnival circuits of Salvador, Barra-Ondina.
There are two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan ad air-conditioning, which you'll hardly use because up here there is almost always a refreshing sea breeze blowing, and you can even hear the waves lapping on the shore.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, while the second bedroom has two singles which we can convert into a king. They both have massive wardrobe space. Four sleep very comfortably, and with an optional third bedroom there is room for six.
The building has security doormen 24/7 and two elevators.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, microwave, gas oven, 4 burner gas hob, electric coffee maker, juicer, fruit blender, plates, cutlery, cups, mugs, and an assortment of general utensils. There is also a utility room with washing machine and clothes drying area.
There is a 32" Flat Screen, Full HD 1080p TV, with Dolby surround sound system, DVD player, and Sky Cable TV with HBO max included with 138 channels.
At an additional fee, we offer a maid service to clean the apartment, do your laundry, iron and if you would like, also cook for you, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation stress free.
1st floor:
• Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom: King size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and plenty of wardrobe space.
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds (which can be converted into a king), wardrobe, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and with a social bathroom directly besides it with exclusive use for the occupants.
• Utility room that doubles as a support area with under the counter fridge, sink and cupboard.
• Laundry area is just off the utility room and has a washing machine and clothes drying area.
2nd floor:
• Fantastic open plan Penthouse, about 90m2, with wrap around access to a terrace through gigantic tempered glass doors, with panoramic sea views to die for.
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator and microwave

• Private area, which can be curtained off, to double as a third bedroom or exercise room with air-conditioning and ceiling fan.
• A stunning Terrace which spans more than 100m2, and is divided into three different areas; outdoor shower, hammock and table and chairs for outdoor breakfast; loungers for relaxing with a long refreshing drink and staring out to the horizon of the deep blue sea; and a cushioned decked area to practise Yoga while the sun sets on another fabulous day in paradise.
