This apartment is a home, take care of it as if it was your own.
Be respectful to neighbors, keep noise to a reasonable level at late hours, keep the surrounding area clean and organized.
No cleaning services.
The host is a really nice and helpful person, which really improved the quality of my stay. The apartment is just as advertised.

Haim is really a nice, caring, friendly and helpful host. We at once felt welcome and at home in his nice, clean and comfortable appartement. He helped us with informations about habbits, traffic regulations, shops in the neighbourhood, sightseeing tips, and so on, and so on. We really had a nice time and already plan to visit again Israel and of course, stay again with Haim.

Sehr sympatischer Gastgeber. Nettes, kleines Zimmer mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist sofort am Strand und im Stadtzentrum. Sehr guter Preis. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war ok, aber auch nicht besser. Der Gastgeber war freundlich aber hat auch viele Schwierigkeiten wegen Schabat(Samstag) gemacht. Die Wohnung ist niemals 12 min vom Strand entfernt(30 min).

Nice apartment with a nice placement near the beach. Clean and comfortable with the basic things you need to stay. The host is friendly and flexible about check in and out. A nice week in Israel, and i definetly return to the apartment next time i travel there.

You will be refunded the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before check-in (by 12 noon, local time). For cancellations that are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 5% of the total price minus the Wimdu cancellation fee.
