Reviews of this property
The appartment is large and quite new and close to the slope. I doubt if the little electric heaters will be able to heat it if its really cold but at our stay, they did (it was warm +5-10deg C). The electric heater in the children´s room is loose and almost falling off the wall. WIFI is unstable and not useable, TV did not work (fixed). At arrival, the garage slot was filled by someone else. The house number on the reservation paper was wrong.
The housekeeper couple does not clean it well (dust bowls under and behind the beds etc.). Sorry, these are the facts.
At arrival, the blinds (raffstores) in the living rooms were closed and could not be lifted. They hosekeepers seriously wanted us to stay without light and air exchange in the bedroom for one week! We refused, asked for the owner who came instantly (friendly and helpful) and found out that the housekeepers had not fixed the blinds it for one week! He got pretty angry with them. Fixing was promised for next day beginning 1000. After waiting until 1030 with no one showing up, my wife politely asked how long we would have to wait (we wanted to enjoy skiing). The Italian housekeeper then began to completely loose it, he started shouting at the top of his voice at my wife so loud that I heard it through two closed doors!!! I went out and asked him calmly three times to stop that inappropriate behaviour. As he did not stop, I finally shouted back at him and ordered him to get himself together again and calm down which finally worked.
Now if that is their reason to call me (!) aggressive, I can´t help and I leave it up to your judgement.
I only know: No matter what the problem is, shouting and scaring a customer is unacceptable!
Not fulfilling one´s duties and then being unfriendly and really scaring his customers might be appropriate behaviour in Italy but it is not accepted in Austria. Never will be!
If you offer something and collect money then it has to be in proper order as advertised and you have to deliver up to your promise. That´s how things work here.
The appartement would be nice but as long as those housekeepers are there, I cannot recommend it for a family holiday. There are plenty other nice appartements available nearby.
