We are renting a beautiful room in a lovely flat right in the center of barcelona, at the entrance of plaza real, one bock from the ramblas and metro liceu.

THE ROOM:
We are renting a large, quiet and relaxing room. The room is divided in two spaces: the sleeping area with a double bed and comfy mattress, and a space with two chairs and a table for relaxing, having tea, reading... There are three beautiful antic mirrors and space for you to hang up your clothes and leave your luggage. We provide fresh and clean sheets and towels for your stay with us.
Your bedroom is situated at the entrance of the flat and just next to the bathroom, so you have great intimacy and no need to cross the living- room either to enter from the main door to the room or from your room to the bathroom.

THE LIVING-ROOM & KITCHEN
It is a spacious mediterranean open space. It has sunlight from the morning. You can also enjoy and watch the animated street from our balcony.
The kitchen is inside the living room with a bar and two high stools. We have usual ustensils for you to cook if you don't want to eat everyday outside.

THE BATHROOM
The bathroom is clean and very confortable with a big shower, spaces for hanging your clothes and towels, there is always nice soap, shampoo and a hair driyer that you can use.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
We are right in the center of Barcelona, in the cosmopolitan Gothic neighbourhood.
The flat is one block from The famous Rambla, in a charming peatonal passage called Passatge Madoz, which is one of the entrance of the beautiful Plaza Real.
From here you can easily access by foot to all the different neighbourhoods : 10 minutes to the Born, 5 minutes to the Raval, 15 minutes to Barceloneta beach, 10 minutes to the Eixample, 25 minutes to Gracia, 10 minutes to Poble Sec.
Just outside the door you will find two very famous restaurants : Les Quinze Nits and the cosy and romantic La Crema Canela. There are also plenty of places to have a nice breakfast, very nice terraces, and lots of bars and clubs like the very famous Jamboree Jazz Club situated right in the Plaza Real.
The famous Boqueria market is just across in La Rambla (5 minutes walk) and has an amazing wide range of fresh fruit juices everyday!

TRANSPORT
By foot and public transport you can easily reach the touristic and cultural attractions of Barcelona such as Sagrada Familia, the museums, the Port, the beach...
We are also close from the Barcelona sightseeing official bus which offers 3 routes to discover Barcelona and stops at all the museums, attractions, buildings and monuments of interest.

HOW TO GET THERE FROM THE AIRPORT
You have two very easy way to come to our place :
You can either jump into a taxi which will cost you about 30 € in daytime,
or catch the AeroBús (5,30 €) which leaves every 5 minutes every day of the year from 6 am to 1 am. There is no need to change stations or stops, you have to get out at the last stop "Plaza Catalunya" which is just at the end of the Rambla. Then you can either walk down 10 minutes, catch the metro - only one stop - to Liceu Station and then walk 2 minutes to the flat or catch a taxi.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We live in another room at the opposite of the apartment, next to the living-room. We spend time inbetween work/ studio and home. You can be sure that you will feel home with us!
