Recently furbished apartment for 4 people in Rome (Labicano)

Meine / unsere Bewertung in Stichpunkten: Schlüsselübergabe mit Erklärungen durch Achille erfolgte problemlos; Wohnlage - ausreichend zentral; Appartement - nett eingerichtet; Lärmschutz - nicht optimale Fenster; Bett - sehr angenehm; technische Einrichtung - gut; Küche/Kochgelegenheit - nicht optimal, Achille sollte mal 200 € bei IKEA für Besteck und Töpfe/Pfannen u.s.w. investieren; Zu den Hausregeln - City tax zu verlangen, bei einem wirklich stolzen Übernachtungspreis von 117 € ist schon mutig, aber 30 € für Late checkin ist eine Frechheit.

The host, Achille, was very friendly and informed us of the opportunities nearby the appartment. The location of the appartment is perfect - walking distance to Colosseum, Forum Romanum and the historic center of Rome. The appartment is nicely furnished and clean. The location has very good connections to the public transportation system. The area around it seems to be save. The sofabed in the living room is not suitable for adults but for smaller kids it should be o.k. The appartment is quite loud as it has windows to the street.

We had a fantastic holiday in Rome- the apartment was perfect and clean- exactly as described and in the photos. The location was brilliant- a few minutes walk to the colosseum and close to some lovely restaurants and a delicious bakery :-) I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Die Wohnung ist super! Wirklich nah am Kolosseum! Es war super für vier Personen. Das Schlafsofa ist nicht sooo komfortabel, für ein paar Tage aber völlig in Ordnung. Das normale Bett war sehr gemütlich. Man hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch die Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano und viele Restaurants. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit da. :)

Très sympathique appartement, bien situé: à 400m Colisée et bus devant! L'appartement était propre et fonctionnel, je suggère juste l'achat de 2 couettes Ikéa pour remplacer les couvertures plus vieillottes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome, merci à Achille.

Very good location, close to the metro, bus stops, Colosseo, also not far from the railway station. And the owner is very very nice. The sun is very strong in Rome in summer, and we can't open the shutter in day-time, especailly in the afternoon.This make the space a little dark. What a pity!

Good location, reasonable price. I really enjoyed staying in Rome.. I was little worried because I read bad comments about this place just right before i arrive in Rome. But i didnt need to. The apartment was perfectly cleaned and i liked the fact that its close to colosseum. what more i can say? the manager was very helpful too. Grazie!

I stayed for 3 nights in this apartment with my sister and brother. The apartment size is ok for 3 people, however the sofabed where my brother slept was not comfortable at all. The matress was too thin and he was practically sleeping in the sofa support metal bars. We had to change the bed lining for the sofa ourselves, as the ones from the previous visitor were still on. Also, this sofa is next to the kitchen, which is not very clean. Very smelly to curry-like spices and there were no cleaning tools for washing dishes, etc. The owner was friendly and explained almost everything you need to know about the apartment and neighborhood. However he forgot to say where the blankets were, so the first night we were quite cold. It was evident that it has been long time since the bed blankets are not washed, which made us feel very uncomfortable. There was also a big spiderweb in the roof, hanging just above the bed. The apartment is well located, but it is on a main street, so we could hear cars passing by the whole night. It says it is a recently furbished apartment, that's not true! it is very very old! the doors are hanging so it is difficult to close them, the bathroom is super old quite dirty, specially the shower. I feel I paid too much for this apartment. For the price asked and the description I was expecting much more.

Preis Leistung war ok. Lage war für ein WE mit Kindern (8 Jahre) perfekt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig jedoch trifft die Bezeichnung ,,neu eingerichtet,, nicht ganz zu.
