Ambience Self-Catering Accommodation

Nice and spacious accommodation in a calm and well situated place with beautiful view. Rose was very helpful and friendly. She even gave us a glass of white wine one night (It is not possible to buy alcohol after 6 PM and we weren't aware of that...). We really enjoyed our stay and recommend Rose's accommodation.

Felt like we were coming home on our return visit before flying home. Only one minor detail was lack of water pressure for a shower, but plenty hot water for a bath. It was a pleasure to return.

Warm welcome. Lovely spacious and clean accommodation with beautiful views of surrounding Cape Town. Rose was extremely helpful and friendly, printing of weather forecast for the days we were there and allowed us to book Table Mountain online. Added bonus of off street parking. Well worth the visit.

Rose was a charming and helpful host, and the accommodation she provided for us was clean, cool, comfortable and well situated to enjoy our time in cape town. There were four of us in total, two adult and two children, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The addition of off street parking was great, and the view over Cape Town from the property is fantastic. I would definitely recommend Ambience to any family planning to stay in Cape Town. The only minor issue was the lack of a substantial cooker. While Rose provided a small hob, it would have been nice to have access to a full cooker. But, as I said, this is a minor point that should not detract form what is a well maintained and excellent facility with a host who ensured- every day- that we were comfortable and looked after.

Wir, 3 Freunde, haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin Rose hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns bei der Suche nach Fahrtwegen und vieles mehr, sehr geholfen. Die Wohnung war hell und freundlich mit einem schönen Blick auf Kapstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'appartement de Rose.Il y a de l'espace et tout le confort nécessaire.En plus,il est situé dans un quartier calme,propre et en sécurité totale.A refaire sans hésitation.

My husband, our 20-years-old daughter and I had a very nice time in the comfortabele and spacious apartment with a great view on Capetown. It didn`t take long to get to the city by car. Rose heartily welcomed us into her home and was eager to please to make us feel comfortable. We would certainly like to stay with her the next time we visit Capetown.

We - me, my wife and two daughters, aged 18 and 16 - very much enjoyed our stay in the cosy apartment in Bellville, a northern suburb of Capetown, only a 20 minutes drive from Capetown-centre. We immediately felt at home, thanks to the warm welcome of our host Rose and her husband. The quiet place is an excellent place for drives into Capetown (and Cape of Good Hope), the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront (with departure to Robben Island), the winelands (Paarl, Stellenbosch), the beaches (Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean) and even the impressive nature of the Little Karoo or a visit to Hermanus (famous whale-watching in october/november).
