This is a brand new luxury 1 bedroom apartment. It is equipped with quality terrazzo floor finishes, Stone kitchen countertop/ island bench and stainless steel appliances including Bosch oven, gas cooktop, dishdrawer, integrated fridge and a washing machine dryer combo.
We've also fully furnished the place with all the comforts of a contemporary home including Designer rug and sofa, artworks, 42" Sony Flatscreen TV, SleepToLive mattress & bed, quality comforter, fresh linen, plush cotton towels, Wedgwood crockery and Royal Doulton fresheners to name a few.
This is our city pad and we love it. This is not a hotel and we do not wish the place to be treated like one. We are happy for you to make yourself feel at home as we will try our best to make the place as comfortable as possible.
The apartment is highly secured with proxy card entry and comes with a wired intercom. If you're a visiting traveller or a working professional, you can also enjoy the benefits of our high-speed Internet connection upon request as compliments from your host. It is Wi-Fi ready for your laptop, ipad or other mobile devices capable for wireless networking. We truly believe this is an absolute necessity especially when you've found us online.
Getting around here is really easy as we are located next to South Yarra premium train station (zone 1). Trams are all well connected along Toorak Road and Chapel Street. You are only minutes by public transport into St Kilda, Prahran or the CBD. Explore the many beautiful bayside beaches or simply hop onto a train that brings you right into Flinders St Station before setting on foot to begin your journey discovering Melbourne's many hidden lane ways.
