Description
Unique small apartment located in the nicest neighbourhood of Sofia, the only part of the city where you can still find green spaces between the buildings. It is ideally located between the airport and the city (FYI the airport is only 8km away from the city center) The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 4 story building and overlooks the garden behind the building.
Fully renovated apartment with all brand new furniture. The design incorporates simple and natural materials into functional well-organized space and of course shows our wee daffy style.
The green bedroom has a nice king size bed and a huge wardrobe. The living-room is very minimalist with a multi-functional sofa/bed that you can arrange the way you like and our favourite antique table (the corner a.k.a. “The Cabinet” ☺)
The central part is dedicated to cooking and dining. Тhere is a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic hob, multi-function oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, a washing machine and the still “exotic” for this country dishwasher.
A small bathroom with a WC and two funky mirrors for all human heights. There is also an extra storage wardrobe with a huge but rather higher part that you can easily access with our biggest pride – the vintage “ladder-chair”.
We truly believe that our view can’t be beaten in all 4 seasons and waking up in our little house will be a delight!
There is also wi-fi Internet connection and an iPod deck.
Bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area) is included.
The apartment is located 3 min away from a bus stop with plenty of buses to bring you to the city center (it takes 5-15 minutes depending on the traffic and where you wanna go) and 10 min from the underground station. Around the corner is our favourite fruits and vegetables stand that works year round. There is a number of supermarkets around and plenty of restaurants but it is the same all over Sofia as all Bulgarians love grocery shopping and eating out.
There is a free parking area in front of the building which is "first come first serve".
