it is a nice small appartement. and as others already wrote, it is ideal for excursions into rome. the quarter is nice as well, so the osterie or ristorantes. the area surrounding is intesresting and except from collosseum not so touristical. there are very interesting monumehts around (san clemente, 4 coronati f.e.), you shoud visit. insight it is clean except the pots in the kitchen. it is mostly quiet, but if weather is bad, the appartement is maybe a bit dark. valentina is very freindly an helpful.

Chambre très bien située tout près du Colysée. C'est assez petit mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour à Rome. La petite terrase est parfaite pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

La estancia fue muy agradable. La acogida de Valentina fue excelente, hospitalaria y cordial. La ubicación del apartamento muy aceptable. Las condiciones y el espacio del apartamento muy buenas.

Very nice place, everything was like we expected.

Vi havde en dejlig og oplevelsesrig ferie i Rom, og havde et fantastisk godt vejr. Lejligheden lå i en rolig gade, og meget centralt - tæt på Colosseum. Lejligheden fremstod pæn og ren, og bestod af en fordelingsgang, et lille sparsomt spisekøkken, et lille men velfungerende badeværelse, et soveværelse (med en meget hård madras) og en lille baggårds altan - som fungerede som stue - med to træstole (uden hynder) og et lille træbord.

Plusses: great location near the colosseum, metro, tramstop, hop on hop of busstop. Close to nice supermarket, todo. Quiet street, no noise from traffic or in the building. Nice litle balcony in the appartment. Kitchen well equiped, all we needed, though very basic. Bedroom comfy, beds fine. Shower nice and new. Everything clean enough. Help came quick enough (within the hour) when we rang the assistantt who does not live on the premisses. She explained where to go and gave us tips. great service too to let us leave the suitcases in the appartment after checking out, to return later in the day before going back to the airport. Minusses: it was cold and there were no extra blankets. the airco unit which had a heater function too, wasn't heating it up enough, plus the thing was noisy, so you don't want to sleep with it constantly on heating. The smell in the apartment remained quite damp / mouldy, my guess due to the airdonditioningunit and lack of ventilation when the balcony door is closed. with better ventilation and heating it would be great. The water in the shower wasn't drained properly so you quickly have a footbath. Tv with mostly italian channels gets a bit boring after a few nights for non- italian speakers. A dvdplayer with some standard movies would have been great, and a simple way to add value. Would recommend this place anytime though, certainly considering price / quality

Positief: - gastvrouw Valentina is vriendelijk en behulpzaam - de badkamer is ruim en goed geoutilleerd - op verzoek worden halverwege het verblijf schone handdoeken verschaft - de slaapkamer is ruim en licht - veel bergruimte voor kleding, etc. Negatief: - gastvrouw alleen ’s avonds bereikbaar - alleen in de slaapkamer ramen - zitkamertje, keuken en badkamer geen ramen, dus geen daglicht - ontluchting keuken en badkamer komen uit op balkon buren, die daar kunnen roken; gevolg: stank in het appartement - geen magnetron, geen oven, keuken slecht voorzien van benodigdheden - een mierenplaag in de keuken, die pas na een dag wordt bestreden - verbouwingslawaai in het pand - voorraadkastje in de keuken alleen bereikbaar door op een stoel te klimmen - geen lift, 50 treden op en neer
