The apartment has its own private bathroom (WC and shower cabin) and a fully equipped open kitchen, there’s a double bed in the bedroom, and you can count on such amenities as a TV, a WiFi internet connection, a fridge/freezer, wardrobe, chest of drawers. A full fresh bed linen set including fresh towels is provided. Washing machine on the hallway.
The place is located in close to Central London, Kilburn Park. It is in a residential area. At a transportation level you’ll have the Underground (Tube): Kilburn Park/Kilburn (Bakerloo and Jubilee lines) Tube Station; local and Night Buses in seconds away; Minicab (local taxi service) seconds away.

SATURDAY: 10 am to 3 pm (UK TIME)

Later check-out time (after 11am and up to 2pm) is permitted for an additional fee of GBP20.00. Subject to availability. If the customer wishes to have something extra, this issue is upon to the customer to be solved. We have the following extras upon customer’s request: Bed linen change (additional set) - £10.00; Cleaning service (per visit) - £20.00; Iron & iron board (one time payment) - £5.00; Additional set of keys (per set) - £5.00.
The customer should keep the unit and its surrounding area clean and tidy. Please do not wash the bed linen and towels upon departure.
It is the guest’s responsibility to look after the key of the property during the stay. Any the Company's visit in order to re-enter the property is subject to charge GBP25.00 (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri) or GBP50.00 (6pm-9am, Mon-Fri, all weekend and holiday days). The expenses that a call out may create should be covered by the client (calls out at night). Lost keys replacement will be charged GBP5.00-GBP60.00 (depend on a type of keys) per set of keys. If Client keeps keys after move out, rent will continue to be charged until keys are returned to management.
Only those people listed on the rental agreement are allowed to stay at the premises. Client agrees that there will be no overnight guests in the house for any extended period of time (1 night or more) without prior approval. Unusual traffic will be reported immediately to the Local Police Department.
Harsh or abusive language including cursing at other clients or management will not be tolerated. Every Client deserves to have quiet enjoyment of his or her apartment. Loud music, loud habits and unusual traffic will not be tolerated.
This is a non-smoking property. All smoking should take place outdoors. Smoke and tar residue is very difficult to remove and frequently requires extensive cleaning and painting to eliminate.
Please do not open post if it is not addressed to you. Do not put nails, hooks, screws, etc. in the doors or woodwork or in any way mar them, without permission.
We have the right to restrict or eliminate access to the property to Client’s guests who have violated any of the rules contained within this agreement or interfered with management duties.

Bad things first: Our first impression of the apartment wasn't the best. It had a moldy smell, the lights in the bathroom didn't work and the kitchen equipment was all dirty (one pan even had old cooking oil in it!) - the following morning we also discovered, that we didn't have any hot water in the shower. Obviously we called the landlady who was very friendly and told us that she'd fix everything - which luckily, she did (except for the kitchen stuff).
The apartment in general was a bit dirty but we weren't very bothered as we only stayed in there during the nights when we slept.
Now to the couple of good things: The apartment is situated in Kilburn which is very close to the city centre and has a great traffic connection. Tube & Overground stations are both very close and there's also a bus to Camden (takes only about 12 mins to get there). Also, we had a really good internet connection in the apartment which is always brilliant and doesn't happen very often in London.
All in all, we didn't have the most horrible stay but we wouldn't rent the apartment again - certainly not if we were to stay for more than a week.

Det positive. Værelset var rent og køkkenet og badeværelset fungerede, selvom det var meget spartansk. God placering mht busser og undergroundstation og ikke langt fra centrum.
Det negative. Hver morgen var der meget trafiklarm fra lastbiler, der kom med varer til butikkerne. Værelset var præget af en usund lugt fra frisøren nedenunder, som dog vha kraftig udluftning med emhætten kunne fjernes.
El estudio es amplio aunque muy basico. No esta muy cuidado ni limpio. El acceso es incomodo y descuidado aunque la ventana da a una calle principal q es muy ruidosa, como se podria esperar. Experiencia ok pero esta muy descuidado y poco limpio. Tuvimos un problema de fontaneria q tardaron dos dias y medio en resolver.
A very good location, close to the subway station, and a very good value for money! The apartment is really small but perfect for a short journey. The owners are kind and helpful. I would definitely advise this apartment.
Great studio! Just as it was described and looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean! The full kitchen was shared by two flats, but this wasn't an issue. You also get a microwave and small fridge in the studio. Bathroom was small, but worked fine for my stay with two people. Overall it was a great experience.
The pictures that are on the website are NO WHERE near what the actual apartment looked like! This property is less than filthy! There is a large misrepresentation.
I suggest that someone actually look at this property. The light switches in the hallway didn't work, the shower by no means had new cauking in it, the floor boards in the shower area are rotting and oh, 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 8 days for two people!!
There is a sink yes, nothing to wash with or dry the dishes with, we had to purchase. The dishes were mismatched from somebody's basement junk and dirty, they had to be washed before even using a glass!
This is not even close to what we expected. The pillows were flat and who knows how clean. The two bath towels which were left were well used and the hangers in the closet were so dusty, they couldn't be used....we had nothing to wipe them with unless we wanted to used one of the two towels were were supplied with as a hand towel and a towel for the floor ....
Would never trust the pictures again as a hostel would have been a better option but as the traveller, you are at the mercy of who you trusted and who took your money.
Amazing apartment with really good location! And good service! I would love to stay here again!
