Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend, sie ist auch sehr ruhig (geht zum Hinterhof raus) - aber sonst recht heruntergekommen. Die vielen Dekogegenstände nützen da auch nichts! Im besten Falle für Studenten geeignet.

The welcome and the personns are wonderful ! very nice and helpfull ( good advise for restaurant, place to go) The apartment in good position decoration... interesting! BUT ... they miss some very usefull item : there is no spoon, no knif (real knif) no plate enough, well: the kitchen need a to be FULL ! if they allowed 6personn they have to buy some stuff really not expensive... and finally to repare the water in the bathroom : its cold OR warm. At the end, we were happy to be there, if we have to come back, we will come back there.

Host was 45 min. te laat op afspraak sleuteloverdracht.Was verder wel behulpzaam en gaf info over de stad. Appartement met achterstallig onderhoud o.a losse kraan in keuken, lek in afvoerpijp, lichtschakelaar die los zat. Achterwand bed zat los als je ertegenaan duwde viel het om. uitzicht was niet bepaald mooi te noemen. Verder hebben we wel genoten van de stad Barcelona. Maakte veel goed.

Die Lage der Wohnung in diesem wunderschönen historischen Haus am Barrio Gotico und Born entschädigt für den etwas morbiden Charme und die improvisierte Einrichtung. Die Küche ist perfekt, die Betten sind bequem und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und zuverlässig.
