If you are coming to Barcelona on Business or pleasure and want to stay with hosts that really look after you then you have come to the right place. (This is not a flat for party people who are just coming to party and get drunk)
We are a working couple who love to have people stay with us from all countries & all ages. We like to help you with anything we can in order to make your stay in Barcelona more enjoyable. We maintain a very clean and relaxed house where you can come after a very busy day out in the city and be completely comfortable and rest.
We are an international couple in our 30´s and between us we speak English, Spanish, French and Italian. We give you all the information on the city and how to arrive in the language you prefer. People love to practice English and Spanish with us and we enjoy communicating in any language possible.
The flat; The flat has 4 bedrooms, a big living room/dining room, good size kitchen (which you can use at anytime) and a bathroom with bath and shower. We live here alone and we rent 2 of the 4 rooms to visitors. Both rooms are double rooms and are very quiet and comfortable for our guests. There is a double bed, a wardrobe, drawers, a big mirror, all you could need for your stay.
There will never be more than 6 people in the flat at any one time. We have a cleaner who comes in every 2/3 days to clean the flat and your room if you require it. Breakfast is served between 8.30-10am everyday Monday to Saturday and Sunday each person can help themselves. We serve a variety of continental products, cereals, bread, jams, fruit, pastries, yogerts etc.
The flat is 3 minutes walking from the Sagrada Familia, the most prestigious area of Barcelona. It is on the direct metro line connecting to the train from the airport. The flat is central and very well communicated with all methods of public transport. However if you are a walker, many places are in walking distance from here and this is a great way to discover the city.
We can advise you about great places to visit, great restaurants and all at local prices, not expensive tourist prices :) We can also advise you of the places to avoid in order to help you make the most of your time here.
House rules
RESPECT IS A MUST IN OUR HOUSE; We would like responsible people that would like to come to do tourism or studying and would like to stay in a quiet, relaxed environment. You have your own key to come and go as you please. The only thing we ask is that you respect the others in the house with the noise and keeping the common areas tidy.
We have cats but they will not bother you as they are very timid and usually run away from people they don’t know. Smoking is not permitted in the house but you can go outside as we are on the first floor. You can use the kitchen to prepare light food & snacks and you can also use the rest of the house and our things but of course, always with a lot of respect.
Security deposit of 50€ will be taken on arrival. This is to cover any damages or breakages. It will be reimbursed when leaving the apartment after your room is checked.
We also have another room in the flat available; Código de referencia: ADHV1LB7 so if you are travelling with friends yoou can stay together here as we have room for 4 people :)
