ROCK APARTMENTS - Kononos 86

2 jours avant le départ, nous avons été prévenus que nous n'allions pas séjourner dans l'appartement prévu. Nous avons été inquiets, et déçus parce que nous avions choisi l'appartement parce qu'il était très proche du métro. Mais finalement, l'appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourner (arrianou) correspondait bien à nos attentes et tout s'est très bien passé.

I try to be honest, Meneleaos is a good owner, helpful and speaks a good italian. But during the reservation I EXPRESSLY asked for the apartment near the subway station (Antinoros), with the reassurance of Menelaos... only to discover at the arrive that we would be moved to another apartment in Imittou, paying also for the taxi. (Only the following day we discovered there's a bus stop - line 2 - near the street). Not an example of seriousness. However, the apartment is good, large, modern equipped with any appliances (not Wi-Fi, other negative point), though the presence of mirrors everywhere could be a little bit disturbing. There is also a LIDL supermarket, precisely in front of the apartment, very good prices, fast foods and others... though the area seems a little bit abandoned, commercially speaking. That's all, my suggestion is to be careful if you're looking for something near the subway station, like me.

We can actually comment on the apartment in Iliados street since we stayed there and not in Kononos90 that we initially chose: Apartment is big and functional, located in a safe and calm neighborhood. There is a bus stop (we preferred to walk:15-20 min till the old Olympic stadium), supermarket and until late working kiosk in the street. Mr. Rokas is caring host and we wish him luck, with his coworkers in particular and all the best in the future.

it was very good. very nice place and near Akropolis and the principal visiting sites. Menelaos is very sympathic and helpfull. if i have to go again in Greece, i know who i can ask.

very beautiful small appartement. cosy, lovely and fresh in hot weather . close to the metro, it is situated in à quiet street right down lycabette hill. i recommend strongly

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Menelaos. Sa taille est parfaite pour un couple. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était disponible dans l'appartement : air conditionné, cuisine équipée, et lave-linge. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier vivant, avec de nombreux supermarchés à proximité. Des lignes de bus nous amène rapidement dans le centre d'Athènes ! Un très bon rapport qualité/prix. We had a great stay in Menealos' appartment. Its size is perfect for a couple. We had there everything we needed : air conditionning, cuttlery, washing machine... The appartment is located in a lively and secure neighbourhood, with many supermarkets around. Buses took us to the city centre in a few minutes. A very good value for money ! Thanks Menelaos !

We had a great stay at Rock Apartments. It's small, but has everything you need. Even a small yard. In a walking distance from the acropolis when you're fit. The host is great. When our bag got stolen he picked us up, brought us home and installed a new lock. He did much more than we'd expected. Great!
