The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, HD television, DVD, Wi-Fi, telephone and everything you could wish for a pleasant stay.
The house is only 200 metres from the beach, which is accessed through a gate immediately next to the private garden. The beach is in one of the best seaside areas of Marbella, with restaurant areas and beach side bars with deck chairs. The nearest area comprises natural dunes with all the charm of a nearly empty beach.
The area occupied by the house is Bahía de Marbella, one of the most luxurious parts of the town, with private surveillance as well as the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol. The whole environment has been devised to look after the peace and quiet of its visitors, allowing them to enjoy an undisturbed holiday in an exclusive and tranquil atmosphere.
The house has been fully renovated in 2011 and pleasantly decorated. It consists of a spacious sitting room with access to the terrace and the garden, plus a large kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary items for your stay. The kitchen leads to a pretty Andalusian courtyard, ideal for having breakfast or lunch.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary bed linen.
The master bedroom leads directly to the terrace, which has an area of outdoor sofas and an outdoor dining area. Next to the terrace is the private sunlit garden. The indoor marble floors and traditional terrazzo floors of the terraces provide a constant feeling of freshness
The estate's communal areas boast expansive tropical gardens with everything you will need for your enjoyment: a swimming pool simulating a lake of large dimensions, children's pool, cascade, children's play area, 2 paddle tennis courts, social club with closed lounge and restaurant with terrace in the summer and 24-hour surveillance. The grounds are perfectly maintained.
You can go to Costa del Sol by plane to the Malaga Airport (code AGP), by high speed train to Malaga or by car. The best way to move from the airport/station is by car. The instructions to arrive to the apartment are:
The N-340 186 km take the "Altos de Marbella" EXIT, on the square take the 3rd exit to Malaga, then in the next square take the 1st exit on the left and pass under the arch with the name BAHIA DE MARBELLA. You will find a large square with a fountain, then take the first street on the right named Alameda de las Brisas and then you find Las Brisas garage entrance on the left hand side

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It is in an excellent location, walking distance to all the key attractions in Madrid with three different metro stations near by. There are a lot of fun bars, restaurants, cafes and shops in the neighbourhood, we had no trouble finding somewhere new to eat and drink.
The kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated the washing machine, two bathrooms and decent living room! The master room is very large, but the two other bedrooms are perfect for one person, but when the second bed is used there is not leave that much space extra in the rooms. That was not a problem for us, however, as we were not in Madrid to hang out in our bedrooms!
Great communication with the owner, check in and check out was very easy.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found the apartment great value for money. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Luis!
We have 5 people a wonderful time in Madrid and had in the apartment. It is centrally located. With 5 people it's nice that there are two good bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are good and the balconies give a lively street. Thanks Luis for the very nice time we had in your apartment.
we hebben met 5 personen een heerlijke tijd in Madrid en in het appartement gehad. Het ligt zeer centraal. Met 5 personen is het fijn dat er 2 goede badkamers zijn. The apartment is nice, clean and the location is very central. The only downside is that the windows are old and do not isolate the noise and the weekend is much could hear the street noise in the room with balcony.
El apartamento está muy bien, limpio y la ubicación es muy céntrica. La única pega es que las ventanas son viejas y no aíslan del ruido y el fin de semana se oía mucho el ruido de la calle en la habitación con balcón.
The apartment is very well located, it is spacious and very clean. It has everything you need to feel comfortable. The weekend is noisy in the room that faces the street (not in the other two), but I understand that is part of the own location, central and very atmospheric. It is ideal for families. Return.
El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, es amplio y está muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte cómodo. El fin de semana resulta ruidoso en la habitación que da a la calle (no en las otras dos), pero entiendo que forma parte de la propia ubicación, centrica y con mucho ambiente. Es ideal para familias. El piso estupendo, limpio, centrico, bien equipado, estupendo, para repetir.
El piso muy bien,si bien es verdad , como ya dijo algun usuario,la primera habitacion es muy pequeña y hay que recojer todos los dias la cama canguro si quieres coger la ropa del armario.
El sitio esta muy bien comunicado para ir a los sitios andando sin problema.
En general todos muy satisfechos con el piso,salvo lo de la habitacion pequeña.
Sehr schönes Appartement, sehr zentral, viele Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen, optimal für 5 Personen, zu sechst wird es eventuell eng in dem einen Schafzimmer. Da die Wohnung im Zentrum ist, ist es nachts etwas laut. Für uns war das kein Problem, wir waren abends müde nach dem ganzen Tag Sight-Seeing.
Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit wieder buchen.
