The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, HD television, DVD, Wi-Fi, telephone and everything you could wish for a pleasant stay.
The house is only 200 metres from the beach, which is accessed through a gate immediately next to the private garden. The beach is in one of the best seaside areas of Marbella, with restaurant areas and beach side bars with deck chairs. The nearest area comprises natural dunes with all the charm of a nearly empty beach.
The area occupied by the house is Bahía de Marbella, one of the most luxurious parts of the town, with private surveillance as well as the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol. The whole environment has been devised to look after the peace and quiet of its visitors, allowing them to enjoy an undisturbed holiday in an exclusive and tranquil atmosphere.
The house has been fully renovated in 2011 and pleasantly decorated. It consists of a spacious sitting room with access to the terrace and the garden, plus a large kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary items for your stay. The kitchen leads to a pretty Andalusian courtyard, ideal for having breakfast or lunch.
The bedrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary bed linen.
The master bedroom leads directly to the terrace, which has an area of outdoor sofas and an outdoor dining area. Next to the terrace is the private sunlit garden. The indoor marble floors and traditional terrazzo floors of the terraces provide a constant feeling of freshness
The estate's communal areas boast expansive tropical gardens with everything you will need for your enjoyment: a swimming pool simulating a lake of large dimensions, children's pool, cascade, children's play area, 2 paddle tennis courts, social club with closed lounge and restaurant with terrace in the summer and 24-hour surveillance. The grounds are perfectly maintained.
You can go to Costa del Sol by plane to the Malaga Airport (code AGP), by high speed train to Malaga or by car. The best way to move from the airport/station is by car. The instructions to arrive to the apartment are:
The N-340 186 km take the "Altos de Marbella" EXIT, on the square take the 3rd exit to Malaga, then in the next square take the 1st exit on the left and pass under the arch with the name BAHIA DE MARBELLA. You will find a large square with a fountain, then take the first street on the right named Alameda de las Brisas and then you find Las Brisas garage entrance on the left hand side

Beautiful apartment, in a very convenient and central. The owner is very kind and very helpful. If we went back terremmo definitely we reconsider. In front there is also a bar / restaurant kitchen with fresh, natural products to take away, I highly recommend it.
Appartamento bellissimo, in una zona molto comoda e centralissima. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Se tornassimo sicuramente lo terremmo nuovamente in considerazione. Di fronte c'è anche un bar/ristorante che cucina con prodotti freschi e naturali anche da asporto, lo consiglio vivamente.

Luis was very correct host and accessible at all times. Attended all calls and solved all our questions immediately. The apartment is part of a lovely old building restored with charm. It is very clean and does not lack any detail. It is located near the metro station in an area with lots of atmosphere. Precisely that is the only complaint I would, that at night you hear a lot of noise. Otherwise, everything has been perfect. Highly recommended.

El apartamento forma parte de un precioso edificio antiguo restaurado con mucho encanto. Está muy limpio y no le falta ningún detalle. Está situado cerca de la estación de metro en una zona con mucho ambiente. Precisamente esa es la única pega que le pondría, que por las noches se oye bastante ruido. Por lo demás, todo ha sido perfecto. Muy recomendable.

Nice short vacation, great apartment in close to the center. Everything is within walking distance. All shops available. Apartment is burdened by the simple glazing noise standard of the pedestrian zone, so pretty laut.Sonst the apartment is great.

geräuschmäßig von der Fussgängerzone belastet, also recht laut.Sonst ist die Wohnung top.

The apartment is spotless, very very large and has everything you could possibly need.

This is a traditional apartment, lovely high ceilings and little wrought iron balcony.
I have to say that this we loved out stay here ---a real home from home.
Located very centrally with great bars and restaurants on the door step and near the metro.
I usually stay in Sol area but prefer this area which is 15 minutes walk away from Sol. I would say the restaurants and bars are better and cheaper than Sol and now I would never consider staying in Sol again ---much better here.
Loads of unusual shops and tapas bars --loved it!!!

The apartment is centrally located and is a perfect starting point to many attractions. Approx. 10 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol-15 minutes away from the Plaza Mayor and 5 minutes from the Gran Via. Shopping and shopping venues, bars and restaurants are located nearby. The apartment is much nicer than depicted in the photos. We liked it very well, even if it in time, as mentioned by other visitors already, the evening was a bit noisy on the street. Luis and his wife were very friendly. We would definitely come. Highly recommended!
Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Puerta del Sol- 15 Minuten von der Plaza Mayor und 5 Minuten von der Gran Via entfernt. Einkaufs-und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sowie Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Appartement ist viel schöner, als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, auch wenn es beizeiten, wie von anderen Besuchern bereits erwähnt, abends etwas lauter auf der Straße wurde. Luis und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
