The UNO City, the Vienna International Centre and the Donau Tower are also within easy reach.

In close proximity to the apartment you find the "Donauinsel", a leisure and recreation area surrounded by the Danube and the New Danube, where you can go for long walks, enjoy nice picnics or indulge in sunbathing. If you are the sporty type you can choose from a seemingly unlimited list of sports: cycling, water skiing, sufing, rowing, various ball sports, sailng, swimming and many more. Like in all central districts, the 2nd disrict is subject to a parking management scheme restricting parking from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
For this reason, parking in the vicinity is not free of charge and limited to 2 hours at the most.
If you do not need your car every day, you can park it for longer periods and for free at the other side of the Danube (22nd district) which is approximately 10-15 walking minutes away.
