New Apartment by Exhibition Centre

Отличное расположение, рядом со станцией метро, удобно добираться до любой точки Барселоны. В апартаментах есть все необходимое, а также Wi-Fi. С Фернандо не встречались, по приезду нас встретила дружелюбная девушка Синтия, которая ответила на все наши вопросы.

Was very nice to stay , good connection to public transportation and shopping area. Some distance to beach , but with close public transportation no problem

Nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hôte mais toutes nos questions ont reçu une réponse très rapide. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, agréable et fort bien équipé. Par contre, il manquait deux appareils décrits dans l'annonce (fer à repasser et sèche cheveux). Pas de balai (ni aspirateur) pour nettoyer le sol (signalé à la personne très sympathique ayant géré l'état des lieux). Par contre, l'insonorisation laisse un peu à désirer. Les guides ont raison, il est difficile de stationner son véhicule à moins de payer très cher les parkings souterrains (nous avons finalement trouvé une place et n'avons plus circulé en voiture pendant notre séjour de 6 jours, le pass 5 Dias à 28€ par personne nous a permis de circuler en bus et en métro tout le séjour sans perdre de temps). Emplacement de l'appartement idéal et fort appréciable par rapport au métro et au centre commercial Granvia.

Freundlicher Gastgeber. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man kann viel zu Fuß besichtigen, gute Metro-Verbindungen. Alle Eikaufsmöglichkeiten, Tapas u.a. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts. Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, man bleibt die ganze Zeit ungestört. Gerne weiter zu empfehlen.

Unfortunately the list of cons is longer than list of pros. We were staying in the apartment at the beginning of June. To start with the shower in the bathroom was leaking. A rug we were putting on the ground was completely soaked after each shower. If you forget to put something on the floor there will be a pond. The smell of mould was in the air. However it was recognizable already on the staircase so most probably it was not just a problem of this particular apartment. Secondly, the sink in the bathroom annex was almost completely closed by the cap impossible to lift. Therefore after each usage of the sink it would take several minutes for the water to drain. Third of all, unbearable morning noise from the street. Sometimes it was a garbage truck, other times a cyklist maniac trying capabilities of his motorbike before 8 am - not very pleasant neighborhood. Another "minus" is about bed sheets that were covering materaces - they were simply dirty. The last con I would like to mention is about beds in the bedroom. They were very small and uncomfortable. Springs were creating a noise with tiniest move. After all these come advantages which is location - close to the airport and relatively close to the city center. Well connected by city transportation with the both. Despite shortcomings I mentioned before the apt. was looking quite neat. To sumarize: if you want to stay there only for a weekend and most of the time you will spend outside - you may consider it. Otherwise for this price it is not worth it. It is a pity because with set of easy fixes this apartment could be more appealing.

Devo dire che l'appartamento per cinque persone e' molto comodo, specialmente perche' ci sono due bagni. La posizione per chi vuole fare piu' spiaggia forse non e' conveniente, ma e' comunque vicinissima alla metro. Cyntia e' stata molto gentile nell'accoglierci. L'appartamento e' dotato di lavatrice, assciugatrice, lavastoviglie, phon, micronde, tosta pane, ferro da stiro, stereo.....forse manca qualche bicchiere, piatto e posata in più. L'armadio nella camera singola è un po' traballante. Di sotto c'è un ristorante italiano molto buono e Danilo e' molto disponibile a darti consigli

we really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it is nice and clean and it is very central.

Nice apartment in a central location with quite a lot of traffic noise. The size is ok for 2-3 people. We had to buy a lot of household items, like toilet paper, diswasher liqud, canopener and washingmachine soap. The service on arrival was good.

Great apartment, clean and complete. Building itself is a bit less attractive but inside the apartment it's very nice! And luckily ther's an elevator... Three beautiful bedrooms, complete kitchen and bathroom. We'll come back there if possible!!
