My name is Jordi Groeneveld, 29 years old, I´m half spanish and half dutch. I rent 1 room in my flat, right in the centre of Barcelona. It´s almost like having your own holiday appartement, with all the comfort you need, real good location, big jacuzzi-bath, internet acces, TV Sat., fully equiped kitchen etc., but in comparison it´s much more economic than other holiday accommodations!
It´s a very nice flat, all recently reformed, fully equiped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, american style kitchen, living room and separate room for washing machine. It´s situated right in the centre of the city and all the facilities and ´hot-spots´ at walking distance, such as the famous ´Ramblas´, Palau Guell (1 of the Gaudi House-Museums, right next door!), shopping area, bars & restaurants, theaters, some of the important museums like the Picasso museum, ´Gaudi´-art & buildings and for example the harbour and beach!
I rent for days, weekend, 1 week or max. 10 days. In case of 3 persons I can offer the 1 room I usually rent (with 1 double ´settee´-bed, and 1 single bed) or I can offer even the 2 bedrooms, depending on the lenght of the stay and on the preferences of my guests. There would be a suplement for the 2nd and the 3rd person.
