Sehr schöne saubere,helle Wohnung in lebendigem Umfeld, von der Straße her schon ein wenig laut. Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat ausführlich auf dem Stadtplan Empfehlungen für Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und war bei Bedarf präsent. Für uns als Familie alles in allem sehr komfortabel und empfehlenswert

I have been spending a weekend together with my friends in Alvaro's apartment. All of us were positively impressed by the comfortable atmosphere of the apartment, all the rooms were very clean. The apartment is brand new, despite the old building, is very nicely renovated. Beds are very comfortable, each bedroom has airco and a fan. Bathrooms clean and functional, warm water instantly available and with a good stream. The kitchen is hyperequipped, and also very clean. Excellent internet connection in the apt. Location great, walking distance to major attraction in Barcelona. Metro just in front of the door. Last but not least a very gentle, trustable and always available landlord. Absolutely to be recommended!!

One of the best decisions I have ever made was to stay in this apartment. We were a group of 10 individuals looking to spend a fun weekend together in Barcelona when we found this great apartment at the last minute. The description and pictures made it sound too good to be true (especially at such a reasonable price (245€/night split between 10 people). The apartment was said to be brand new and we would be the first group to ever use it. Needless to say, we were a bit skeptical. However, when we arrived in Barcelona, we checked-in to an apartment even more beautiful than the pictures conveyed. Not only was it brand new, beautiful and in a perfect location in Barcelona, Alvaro and all of his employees were more than accommodating and available to us 24/7. Alvaro sat down with us to recommend places to see in the city, provided us with anything and everything to make us more comfortable, and was always available to us when we needed assistance. He even gave us a ride to the airport at the end of our stay! This is truly an example of a business who puts its clients first and I was blown away again and again by the outstanding service I received. I would not only recommend, but encourage anyone traveling with a group to Barcelona to contact Alvaro and stay in one of his apartments in the city. Take it from me, you will not regret it!

We had a great time at the appartement and in Barcelona. Alvaro is very friendly and helpfull and also the communication before the arrival went very smooth. The location of the appartement is excellent. The appartment itself is very characteristic and good value for money.

Alvaro's apartment is very well located and very comfortable, for 4 people it was kind of spacious. Alvaro welcomed very well providing good advice for musuem to visit or famous places to check. Overall, I really recommend people to rent this apartment, they won't be disappointed!!!!

Alvaro è stata una persona gentilissima , ci ha aiutati e consigliati sui posti da visitare. L'appartamento mi è piaciuto tantissimo, era perfetto, pulitissimo e profumato e soprattutto era vicino al centro ai supermercati e ai negozi! Sono rimasta molto contenta di questo soggiorno spero di ritornarci presto !!!
