House rules

Check in / out

As long as you arrive during working hours, we will do our best to welcome you personally and explain you all the functional details of the flat.

We will ask you to let us know as soon as possible your approximative desired check in time (or email us your flight/train details so that we can check if it is on time) and if possible your approximative desired check out time.

Please also make sure that your cellphone works in France so that you can call or text us when you are approaching the apartment.

Standard Check in time is 15:00 (03:00 pm)
Standard Check out time is 11:00 (11:00 am)

However we are flexible on times as long as we do not have any back to back check in/outs that conflict. No guarantee unless we have your precise arrival and departure details.

For arrivals after 7:30 pm (19:30) and during the weekend, there are 3 options :

● You can book a driver who will be waiting for you at your arrival at the airport or train station and will help you to carry your luggage and open you the door of the apartment.
We have a negotiated flat fee :
From Paris stations : 1 to 3 people 50 € + 5 €/additional person
From Paris airports (except Beauvais airport) : 1 to 3 people 80 € + 10 €/additional person

● Otherwise, you will have to go and pick up the keys in an hotel which is 6 minutes walk from Gare de l’Est station (rail & metro).

● Or, if you wish to be received personally by us at your arrival at the apartment, we ask 40 € extra charge by cash after 7:30 pm (19:30) and all day long during the week end till 9:30 pm (21:30) ; 60 € after 9:30 pm (21:30) ; and 80 € after 11:30 pm (23:30).

Of course, if you need explanation once arrived at the apartment you will always be able to call us anytime.

YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT IF WE HAVE NO NEWS FROM YOU BY THE TIME OF YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME AT THE APARTMENT, WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY DROP THE KEYS AT THE HOTEL !

We had a wonderful stay in paris in this apartment. Our host was waiting for us outside after we Had caught the bus from the airport. He explained the apartment and the area very well. We can't wait to come back again. Thankyou very much.

worked well and organised, nice contact, nice apartment as described, easy and near connections to metro or gare montparnasse, supermarket opposite side of the road, a lot of restaurants around, safe area,..

Très bien situé : à deux pas de la gare Montparnasse, du métro, des bus et plusieurs choix de restos. Appartement propre et confortable. Suggestion aux propriétaires: prévoir assez de papiers toilettes pour vos locataires. Petit soucis avec le grille pain qui faisait sauter les fusibles. N'étant pas à notre première expérience en France, on a put remettre l'électricité nous même.

Great place and not so hectic area. Close to restaurants and just a 15min walk from the eiffel tower. We´ll come back!!

l'appartamento nel complesso è ottimo, la posizione è centrale a un passo dalla metro cosi da raggiungere le tappe più importanti della città. Non dimenticatevi di visitare la torre di montparnasse che si trova alle spalle di questo appartamento.

Appartamento delizioso, situato in una zona centrale, ben collegata con il metro, con molti servizi. A piedi si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni turistiche. Feedback positivo sul proprietario per la disponibilità.

Nettes Appartement in gut zentraler Lage. Alles hat in der Wohnung gut funktioniert und viele Verbrauchsmaterialien waren erfreulicherweise vorhanden. Obwohl eigentlich an der Hauptstrasse Ave du Montparnasse gelegen sehr ruhig, da die Whg. nach hinten heraus geht. Nur an Besteck hat es gefehlt.

Nette Wohnung, leider war der Innenhof mit einem Gerüst bestückt. Nebst optischer Einschränkung wurden auch Fassadenarbeiten mit dem entsprechenden lärm getätigt. Angepriesener TV - Anschluss und WiFi nicht funktionstüchtig. Am letzten Tag kein Leitungswasser da Rohrbruch im Haus. Für die Unannehmlichkeiten gabs 10% Nachlass. Netter Gastgeber, ... wären die obigen Ereignisse nicht eingetreten wären wir recht zufrieden gewesen!
