The apartment is located in the city center ,area called TRASTEVERE, which by Romans is considered the heart of Rome.Trastevere ,derivs from the Latin words " Trans Tiberim " which means , across the Tiber . Conveniently located on the west bank of the Tiber River on foot you may reach Basilca Santa maria in Trastevere, beging of construction goes back to the 4th centery. Campo de' Fiori, Synagoge , ghetto and Jewish Quoter, or across the river , you can reach most sights of the city also on foot ;Colosseum , Fori Imperiali, Piazza Navona. This position is ideal for reaching Castel Sant ' Angelo , the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica .
The property is a short walk from the main street of the neighborhood : Viale Trastevere , where there are also several nightclubs
It is in a very well preserved building surrounded by gardens , located in a quiet area of Trastevere , near the famous flea market " Porta Portese " which is held every Sunday where you may find many antiquies. It isavery intersting and conveniente area for a foreigner. full of history but also of restasurants, pubs and pizzerias . Famous pizzeria AI MARMI where one can still taste and old style pizza. This is one of the most characteristic area of Rome . Trastevere was known to be the working class area and later became the area of the artists .
The apartment consists of two rooms , equipped with modern White furniture , kitchenette with kitchenware. At your disposal an oven , bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking a garden . Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the guests of the other room .

Appollonia was very helpful and nice with us, she provided us with all necessary to have a good time. The rooms is cozy and confortable. The building is very quiet and well communicated. just I missed having more towels.

Very nice place. Clean and correct orice. Apollonia provided help during all stay. We went walking from the place to Vatican. We like walikng. Recomended

- heating did not work; instead: air conditioning -> very loud!
1: No responsible person receives upon arrival. They did not send by email the department number or code of the key. The owner just sent the address of the building, which was quite confusing because the numbers did not match. When it finally reaches the building after asking neighbours. The goalkeeper is not informed of the arrival and cannot help you find your apartment or your key. I was able to communicate after an hour after several attempts.
During the stay:
2: The kitchen and bathrooms have mold, cleaning is not sufficient.
3: There are no blankets to cover the cold.
4: Room number 1 "Red" has the same key to room # 2 "Green" so that, the two rooms are not safe. People who rent a room can go to the other and vice versa when they want.
5: There is no coordination of reservations. During our stay two people were presented, who had booked them the same room as ours. They broke into the apartment and entered our room without our permission.
6: The owner sent a guy who tried to collect the cleaning fee, more than the price posted on the Internet after a tough discussion acknowledged the error.
7: No complaints allowed, always argue that the fault lies with the tourist.
8: The owner does not present any legal receipt of payment of the stay, the cleaning fee nor city tax. When I requested, he only gave me a handwritten note worthless without named, number of finances or company. I had to catch the plane, therefore cannot make police complaint.
The truth is that the stay was good by the desire to enjoy the holiday and little desire to amargarlas but I must say that was not what I expected. The first arrival. After an early start, flight and different adventures to locate the accommodation there was no one waiting and met with closed doors. We try to contact with the host on several occasions and with Wimdu in emergency telephones and was not possible. After many attempts we got talking to Wimdu, who told us we would call with a partner who speak Spanish. That call did not take place, we had to reconnect with them. Now we attended in Spanish but ohhhh, the call was cut off and no one returned to contact us. While still outside the housing finally it arrived the concierge and only then find help. He took care to speak with the host who told us do not know that rolls a problem with the room ... after a while, just about 2 hours from arrival to accommodation appeared the host, Alessandro, who told us the code the door did not work and we would have to open locked. And I wonder, that information seems relevant after 2h keep us on the street ?? Well. That's not all, but I get tired of telling such inefficiency. To summarize other aspects, the wifi did not work, water Calente had "trick" and was our roommate who told us to and payments Cleaning you do not help much because only once in the week they spent to clean common areas and really not noticeable at all. Lo cierto es que la estancia ha sido buena por las ganas de disfrutar de las vacaciones y las pocas ganas de amargarlas pero sí debo decir que no ha sido lo que esperaba. Lo primero la llegada. Después de un madrugón,vuelo y diferentes peripecias para localizar el alojamiento allí no había nadie esperando y nos encontramos con unas puertas cerradas. Intentamos el contacto con el anfitrión en varias ocasiones así como con wimdu en los teléfonos de emergencia y no fue posible. Después de muchos intentos conseguimos hablar con wimdu, quienes nos dijeron nos llamarían con un compañero que hablara español. Esa llamada no se produjo,tuvimos que volver a contactar con ellos. Ahora sí nos atendieron en español pero ohhhh, la llamada se cortó y nadie volvió a contactar con nosotros. Estando todavía fuera del alojamiento llegó por fin la portera y sólo entonces encontramos ayuda. Se encargó de hablar con el anfitrión quien nos dijo no sé que rollos de algún problema con la habitación...después de un buen rato,exactamente unas 2h desde nuestra llegada al alojamiento apareció el anfitrión, Alessandro, quién nos dijo que el código de la puerta no funcionaba y que tendríamos que abrir con llave. Y yo me pregunto,esa información le parece relevante después de tenernos 2h en la calle?? En fin. Ahí no acaba todo,pero me canso de relatar tanta ineficacia. Resumiendo otros aspectos, la wifi no llegó a funcionar, el agua calente tenía "truco" y fue nuestro compañero de piso quien nos lo dijo y los pagos de limpieza que haces no sirven de mucho porque solo una vez en la semana se pasaron a limpiar zonas comunes y de verdad no se notaba en absoluto. Decir como rasgo positivo,que afortunadamente para casi todo lo hay, la habitación era amplia,luminosa y muy bien situada. En cuanto a la información que facilit la web cuidado!!!! Los teléfonos de contacto erróneos, los pagos de limpieza y estancia erróneos, así que recomiendo una buena certificación de la información y sobre todo mucho humor para estas situaciones...

Mail information about how to get to the apartment we have received too late to come two days before arrival, but arrived on day of arrival. We had already departed. Well good phone helped.
We had the red room which was big enough for us. Could use the kitchen. Bathroom had to be shared with other guests. We were Monday to Friday only so no problem. Badboiler has too little capacity. Internet worked niet.Kamer / bathroom was quite clean. Towel Exchange late, one day before departure.
Public transportation is within walking distance and is doing well.
Informatiemail over hoe bij het appartement te komen hebben wij te laat ontvangen zou twee dagen voor aankomst komen maar kwam op dag van aankomst. Wij waren inmiddels al vertrokken. Wel goed telefonisch geholpen.
Wij hadden de rode kamer welke groot genoeg was voor ons. Konden gebruik maken van de keuken. Badkamer moest gedeeld worden met andere gasten. Wij waren van maandag tot vrijdagavond alleen dus geen probleem . Badboiler heeft te weinig capaciteit. internet werkte niet.Kamer/badkamer was wel schoon. Handdoekenwissel te laat , een dag voor vertrek.
Openbaar vervoer is op loopafstand en is goed te doen.
Very happy with the room! ! All very clean, very nice. The very central room, has very close tram which takes to reach not stop or two minutes and has a very cheap supermarket near was welcome to us who are students.
Muy contentos con la habitación! ! Todo muy limpio, muy bonito. La habitación muy céntrica, tiene muy cerca el tranvía el cual no tardas en llegar a la parada ni 2 minutos y tiene un supermercado cerca muy barato que nos vino muy bien a nosotros que somos estudiantes.
