Sunny Flat in Portuense district

We have enjoyed the apartment, all comfort is in home, good beds, excellent bathroom, all days market around the corner with delicious fresh food, the bus before the house, and the the tram (8) brings you very easily in the Centre of Rome. From the tram (gionicolense) it is even possible to come back to run again at the apartment. All in all a good recommended, we had beautiful weather and could have breakfast on the terrace in the Sun every day. delicious!

Met vier mensen hebben we acht dagen in dit appartement gewoond en Rome ontdekt en bezocht. Hoewel iets buiten het centrum een ideale plaats om te verblijven. Alle voorziening zoals geldautomaat en winkels zijn aanwezig op enkele minuten loopafstand. Vriendelijke mensen die zeer behulpzaam zijn. Het appartement is voldoet aan alle eisen en er is een groot terras gelegen aan de achterzijde waarlangs een straat loopt. Ook is er een keurige afscheiding. Verder is het van alle gemakken voorzien en niet onbelangrijke voorzien van uitstekende bedden. Met openbaar vervoer is het centrum van Rome uitstekend te bereiken. Even puzzelen hoe het openbaar vervoer is georganiseerd en dan is het vrij eenvoudig. Eventueel parkeren kan nabij het appartement. Gratis langs de straat of tegen betaling in een garage op een afstand van ongeveer vijf minuten lopen. Kortom een goede optie tegen een redelijke prijs om te gebruiken als je Rome wilt bezoeken.

Excellent séjour à Rome, dans cet appartement, propre et bien aménagé. Beaucoup de facilités (cuisine, parking, commerces, bus-tram...). Facile d’accès, bien qu'un peu excentré. Seul point faible, l'isolation phonique. Le bruit est essentiellement du à la pizzeria mitoyenne.

Grand appartement neuf,agréable, bien distribué car les 2 chambres potentielles sont éloignées.Beau sol en marbre.Grande cuisine et grande Salle de bain. Draps et serviettes toilette fournis.Couettes et parures lit très agréables.Très calme, idéal pour la nuit. Tous commerces et grand marché quotidien a quelques mètres.A 30 mn du centre de Rome par le tramway ligne 6, qui est situé à 20 mn à pied de l'appt.

Nice appartment near center of Roma. The quarter of the city behind the building was nice and good for a little walk. And the busses and tramps to the center of Rome was easy to find and use. But you must spend some times in transportation.

Situe a proximite des transports et une belle terrasse.

Beautiful, clean and very spacies apartment! A bit far from center, but the busstop is right in front of the apartment and busus drive almost every 5 minutes, so no problem! Next time we would like to book in Trastevere, we hope the owner has apartments in that area too, because the service of owner is very very good!!!! Again a beautiful apartment!!!

The place was great! Walking distance from the market and easily accessible to public transportation. We did encounter an interruption in communication at first but the host did arrive shortly after communication was attempted. There is a cleaning fee so plan accordingly. All in all, the place was great! Loved it!

Die Wohnung wurde in ordnungsgemäßen Zustand übernommen.Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet: Klimaanlage/Geschirrspüler. Schlüssel-und Wohnungsübergabe hat problemlos geklappt.Die Wohnung liegt an einer verkehrsreichen Strasse mit einer Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Praktisch aber laut. Gegen den Lärm der Sirenen der Ambulanzfahrzeuge unbedingt für die Nacht Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.
